Although It's heating water in less time but if we leave it on by chance, it's not doing auto cut off due to which MCP gets dropped, is there any solution for it?

DO NOT BUY POOR QUALITY PRODUCT WITH LIFE LESS THAN 15 DAYS
I got product on 27 Dec , installed on 28 Dec and Yesterday 12 Jan it stopped working . So life of exactly 15 days, with no clue how to get it replaced or repaired since no details provided with product for warranty or customer careSo over all I will rate it Big Zero
