Update:Almost 3 weeks later and these are still going just as strong. After even more tweaking with the panel placement, these are lasting at least 9 hours after a clear day of charging. I woke up at 2am and walked by my window to see that they were still on! I'm still so impressed!Original Review:These came in neatly organized (got the 2 packs). I put them in my window for a day before I set them up to make sure that they all worked.After they charged for a little bit, I turned them on and was VERY impressed with the brightness of these. I assumed that solar panel lights wouldn't be nearly as bright as plug in lights, but these are definitely on par.These have already survived very cold temperatures, snow, rain, and ice - nothing too crazy yet, but the temperature has been in the 20's. If they don't survive the even colder months, I'll update this review.The first few days, I wasn't getting a good enough charge for them to last for a while or maintain the brightness. It took a couple of tries, but I was able to put the panels in a perfect path for the sun to hit them all day.Obviously on cloudy days, these won't charge as much, but on a sunny day, these will produce at least 5 hours of bright lights before they begin to fade.I go to bed around 10pm and they're still on, so they may last even longer.... but I don't care if Christmas lights are on all night.I bought more of these after the original set that I bought, and now I have 8 strands all working perfectly together.

we actually bought two sets of these lights and when they work, they're great -really beautiful. but since they were sold in two strings to a pack, we can't ask for a refund because we don't want to return both strings. a lesson for the future.

This is an update from my prior review. The 1st set I purchased were very bright and lovely bit weren't lasting for more than a few hours at night. The company promptly reached out to me to see what they could do to help. They ended up mailing me a replacement which I received today. I'm going to give it a few days to charge up before I leave a follow up on these. I'm very happy with the way this company took care of me and stayed in continuous contact with throughout the return process. They seem to be very honest and focused on customer satisfaction. I would definitely do business with them again.

The red and yellow bulbs stopped lighting. Not sure if is poor quality or if this one was the only one defective. The seller replaced my lighting set immediately. These are working now.

With Christmas around the corner these would do great, I'm still debating whether to put them out, the light sensor it so sensitive that even my other Christmas lights turn these off. The only reasonable thing I did was flip the sensor down, just have to remember to flip it back in the morning so it can recharge. These lights are bright and with them being solar powered, or battery powered I should say, it really convenient during the placement.

Not bright enough. I'm expecting by the time Christmas Season is over the lights will fade out
