Lucas Products are the Best.
I have stood by Lucas Oil Products for decades. I have always used Lucas Oil Products in all my vehicles and have witnessed first hand how well they perform. I had a Oil pump failure in my pick up truck and drove the truck 10 miles with no Oil pressure at speeds up to 50 miles per hour. The motor sounded like it had a thousand marbles bouncing around inside when I finally got home. I figured the motor was destroyed, but I went ahead and replaced the oil pump, changed the oil and filter added a quart of Lucas Heavy Duty Oil Stabilizer as I had at every previous oil change. I fired it up and after 5 minutes of running the motor sounded as good as new and I continued to put another 50,000 miles on it until I sold it. I am a firm believer that it was the Lucas Heavy Duty Oil Stabilizer was what saved the motor.I had used the Lucas HD Oil Stabilizer on many other non automotive applications including my firearms until they introduced their Firearm Lubricants. I now use their Firearm Lubrication Line for all my firearms and have found them to all be excellent lubricants and have made cleaning and maintaining my collection much easier. I like their Firearm Grease for lubricating pins a pivot points because it does not gum up over time and as far as I can tell it stays the same viscosity in all temperatures. There Extreme Duty Lubricants are great for use in parts that slide and I have yet to witness it gumming up or breaking down over time. I have cleaned and oiled a firearms and stored them for a year and found the Lucas Lubricants to be as they were the day I put them on the firearms. I have even found them to be excellent for use on black powder revolvers where fouling becomes an issue with other brands of lubricants. All in all I feel that you can't go wrong using any of the Lucas Brand Products and anyone who shoots a lot or has a Firearm that will be stored for any length of will not be disappointed when it comes to the Lucas Firearm Lubricantion Line.

Good stuff
Quality American made product, no strong odor, doesn't evaporate quickly.

So far, it's Terrific !
So far, after one use and a trip to the range, I am seeing all pro's and no cons to Lucas. Wasn't expecting that as I knew Lucas as an oil and fuel additive company - or some such - and never considered them for firearms expertise in the way Hoppes was (which started out exclusively in that field). But I was impressed: the oil is not too runny but will get down into places needed such as where pins go in, or trigger movement. The tight spots. It's thick enough to stay there and do the intended job. The grease is Excellent for rails (I've no doubt the oil could do that also). I ran my 1911 slide a couple times dry after I cleaned, then added the grease to rails and it was like BUTTER. Wiped off the bit that squeezed out and no issues. A couple of pluses: low-to-no odor. I cleaned indoors without having to air out my kitchen. And the dispenser bottle for the CLP is 'no mess' - adjustable twist tip allows control and no running down the bottle. We'll see how the stuff works for storage a couple of months, but I do not foresee any issues. One thing: wish they made the CLP in pre-soaked wipes like you can get from some others. Very handy.

Great stuff! Stays where you put it and doesn't dry out.
Doesn't evaporate like the other stuff I was using from a major brand, so a little goes a long way. Slightly smells like heavy gear oil or Lucas oil stabilizer.Product at room temperature still flows onto and coats small items like springs and covers them nicely. Needle applicator is useful. I have not used the grease yet, just the liquid bottle.RANGE REVIEW: Fired 350 rounds of white box bulk .40S&W FMJ (dirty stuff).Ran like a Ferrari. Firearm is M&P 40c 3.5".Temps were noticeably lower after a few mags than other oil as it didn't dry up and cook off. There was no need to re-lubricate at 100 or 200 rounds. At 300 rounds I put a single drop on each side of the slide rail. Cleanup was easy and CLP seems to work as well as others I have tried. That oil though..... Definitely buying more.I'll use the grease tube at the range next and update this review on it's performance overall and versus the liquid oil.

I like Lucas products and these seem to work pretty well
Going to the range with my family is a fun time, and afterwards I have to clean my guns as I don't want to store them dirty. I use a lot of Lucas oil products in my vehicles and have had great results with them, so I wanted to try their gun cleaning and lubrication products. The CLP cleaner worked nicely and left a clean feel to the metal, plastics and wooden pieces. Debris was loosened quickly. I appreciate the ability to apply without a spray as it minimizes waste. Good stuff. The gun oil was packaged in a convenient squeeze bottle with a blunt needle on the end that ensures you get it where you need it. Mechanisms seemed to love this stuff and worked smoothly after application. The extreme gun grease was the only item I have a question about. I applied this to the sliding surfaces of my guns and found it satisfactory. Again, it was packaged well and easy to use as intended. I did get a little on my finger when I removed my gloves (wanted to keep solvents off me as much as possible) and found that it lost its "Slickness" rather quickly. Perhaps this is a function of the grease interacting with hand oils. Or perhaps not. Time will tell. I do appreciate having a thicker grease to coat sliding surfaces that take some degree of pressure. The package was labeled "Best by 01/2028. I've never heard of gun cleaning/lube products expiring like food stuffs before.
