Convenient
Very convenient. The key pads are sensitive and easy to use. It comes with a handle so I don’t need to install a handle separately.

Not a good quality
The inner lock doesnt work and gets stuck when opening.changed batteries and still a no go.

Great quality door handle
Loved this door handle. I previously purchased two and bought another one since It was easy to install and easy to use. It's also very sturdy and is not easy for someone to break off. Would highly recommend!

Solid lock
Love the lock and easy to install. I use it for a business so the batteries don’t last very long. It’s used 7 days a week and I had to change batteries within the first month. Other than that, easy to use.

Great product and value
I skeptical as the price was so cheap but, i have to say that I am very impressed with this commercial electronic door lock. The instructions were easy to follow and programming was a breeze.

Fire hazard!!
Have gone through 4 of these already. They are a fire hazard for anyone trapped inside due to this lock malfunctioning several times and not being able to open the door.

Super easy to install
Very easy to install. It only holds one master code +9 additional codes. The instructions on setting up the codes are not very clear. Your codes have to start with a zero that’s your master code. For each additional code up to nine you have to start in numerical order from one. then your second coat starts with the two and your third coat starts with a three all the way up to nine.
