I use these to help alleviate cramps in my arch when running long distances. They slip on easily and they have helped me so far. I've read other reviews saying the elasticity strength will wear out. I don't know if that's the case but they haven't worn out for me yet. They will at least last you months. I wear size 9 and they make a difference.

Love the way these hold my foot. Wanted to try the less expensive before purchasing a brace or sock. These are sufficient enough. I don't need anything else. Hurray!!!! You know I can't grow anymore feet so I need to take care of them and these support bands are doing the job.

Wearing these provides my foot and arch amazing support! my feet are far less sore and no more swelling after being on my feet all day! Amazing product!

Slides off of foot after I take a few steps. Regardless if I wear socks with them or not, they still slide off.

The seam makes these too uncomfortable to wear for longer than a couple of hours.

These arch bands are as good as the more expensive brands. I wear arch bands. all the time as they really help my feet.
