I was looking for an LED with a nice warm light to use in place of the 60 watt incandescent porch bulbs we used to use but are no longer available. These give off the same brightness and appearance of the incandescent and will most likely last much longer (and use less electricity)

These bulbs were installed in enclosed front porch outside fixtures in the Pittsburgh area. I loved the very bright light generated without significant heat by these LED bulbs .... much more light than I could ever have gotten from the old incandescent bulbs at a wattage limit allowed for these enclosed fixtures. The light and appearance of the bulbs is really classy.After 16 months on the job - I estimate 7,000 to 8,000 hours - the bulbs became noticeably dimmer and had to be replaced. They were still intact when I removed them - no evidence of separation as reported by some other users.Even though the bulbs were rated by the manufacturer as being good for 30,000 hours, I never really believed that, so I am not overly disappointed that I got less than 25% that amount of service. (I should also point out that it is quite possible, even likely, that the bulbs had begun to dim months before I finally noticed and replaced them. I can't really say but it just seems unlikely that they failed - without burning out completely - instantaneously.).In the end I've ordered the same bulb as replacements, just because I like the look. They've been asked to perform in a pretty harsh environment and have done ok. Maybe I should be more critical but about these bulbs I just feel too lazy to look elsewhere when I have something that will go trouble free for over a year.

Update: Got quick response from Brimax to my inquiry about warranty coverage on a defective bulb after noticing the "Ask a question" button on Amazon's seller profile page for Brimax (opened via "Sold by Brimax" hyperlink on the product posting page). Brimax responded the same day, notified me the following day about processing my warranty claim, and two days later I had the replacement bulb in-hand.-----------I bought a 4-pack of Brimax LED F15 candelabra bulbs for an indoor light fixture. The bulb shape looks good for replacing the original incandescent bulbs, and provides much more light while using much less energy. However, one of the bulbs became defective after less than three months of service. It either is very dim or goes out altogether. (I swapped the bulb into another socket position and it behaved the same so I know the problem is the bulb and not the light fixture.) The Amazon product posting says these LED bulbs provide over 30,000 working hours, and are warranted for 2 years ("2 years warranty, no matter what happened during the first two year, customers can message us for free replacement or fees back"). The Product Warranty link on the Amazon web page instructs to contact the Seller (Brimax) directly for warranty on this product. I emailed [email protected] over 2 weeks ago about my bulb failure and their warranty and have yet to receive a reply.

Update. Customer service is very good. They replaced my order saying there was a bad batch no charge.The color temperature is perfect. The expected life span of 30,000 hours is rubbish. I have 780 hours on mine and 2 have failed.

We've had to replace three out of the six initially placed in our fixtures in less than a year. All with just normal use too.Otherwise they are bright and dimmable. Just not durable the way LED bulbs are supposed to be.

Love these...much softer prettier lighting than the harsh, too bright, very white lights available at big box stores. Great for porchbor garage outdoor light fixtures.

I was delighted that these are bright enough to provide light for homework and hobbies at the dining room table. I feel the bulbs dim well and have a lovely warm glow. For the price per bulb, I expected to get years of use from them. However, in less than 3 months of use, one of the 5 bulbs in my chandelier failed. It dimmed and flickered constantly, even when switched to a different socket. If the others remain reliable after a year, I'll update my review

I order these light bulbs for our front porch lamps. It is very difficult to find bulbs that are bright enough to light our porch. These bulbs work great. They have medium base and appear to be small, but are very bright.

Used bulbs in outdoor light standard. Nice and bright. I hope they last a long time as they were a little pricey.

I ordered the 2700K bulbs which are very difficult to distinguish from regular incandescent bulbs. These bulbs are dimmable although my use is on a regular switch so I cannot comment on that feature. Overall I am very happy with the product as well as the sellers follow up which was just to make sure I was happy with their product. That really does not happen a lot and something I will remember next time I need to order bulbs..

I replaced the burnt out incandescent bulb with this LED one. It fit in the exhaust fan extractor above my stove.It is brighter and has a uninform distribution of light. It illuminates the entire cooking area. I am pleased with this purchase.

Perfect fit, nice warm light! Slightly dimmer then 75 watt incandescent, but more than sufficient! Great service from seller.

Using them for motion sensor driveway lights outside in Canada where winter temps get cold. So far so good. At time of install not the coldest temps of winter and will update if anything fails.
