I would say the product its self is beautiful and amazing quality for the price! But delivery was a different story... I received the mirror quickly which was great but once I opened the box the mirror was broken! I contacted amazon who managed to sort out for a refund and I was then able to reorder!

Gorgeous mirror! I ordered this at the start of January and received an email to say they hadn't got a dispatch date after a fortnight. Yesterday I got a dispatch notification and it arrived this morning. The mirror was packaged so professionally and with the greatest care, the courier was very gentle too. The mirror is very high quality and everything I wanted so I am a very happy customer! Thank you 😊

Ordered this, arrived smashed to pieces - I could hear the shards rattling round inside the box and I didn’t fancy a mirror jigsaw puzzle so rejected the delivery. This caused a right problem as then I had to apply for a refund from the supplier before ordering a new one....the second one had a cracked frame so I pretty much gave up on mirror delivery and bought one from The Range instead.

I have to say I bought this when it was £50 but I'd definitely say it's value for money, even at the current price, as usually mirrors this size and style cost around £200.The mirror is large and good size! You can see your whole self it in comfortably! :-)Delivery was also very quick and delivery personnel were kind and called/texted beforehand to let me know they were coming! Easy to put on the wall too :-)
