These are amazing they have the same ingredients as lift only diff is lift are blue these domt have any coloring. I usually purchace lift but it's not always available. Despite what directions say one of these lasts several days. If u need a little help bc yer getting older and your tool doesnt always cooperate these are gonna be great. They usually kick in within a few hrs

Not what is use to be years ago. Only thing it did do is give me a two day headache, heartburn every time I ate anything, 4 days of congestion and minor nose bleeds.

I like this product, though I found out the hard way one side effect, heartburn, is amplified when taken while drinking alcohol. Shame, since that's usually when I'm going out ho-chasing, when I'm drinking, so 4 stars. The main reason I use Sustain is because it helps maintain your erection while stopping to slip on a condom, or pausing for whatever reason. I'm in good shape at my age (51), and physically active, so achieving an erection isn't an issue, the longer sessions where it's stop and go, and 'hey, let's go try it on the sofa', is my main problem. With this product, no problem. Going back to the heartburn. Bruh...it felt like my esophagus had holes burning through it from the mouth of my stomach to about mid chest. I had drank beer along with some sweet tequila shots that night, followed by more beer the next afternoon/night. Now, the funny part is, the full side effect hits on day 2 and 3. I had a hard time eating without feeling the pain of the equivalent of swallowing half chewed tortilla chips. I could feel it slow half way and basically made me freeze in place until I could manage to swallow some water. So after going through this a few times (yeah I'm slow like that), I did the test while on vacation in SE Asia: 1st week, daily sex for 5 days, 1 capsule on day 1, no alcohol. Great performances if I say so myself on first 3 days, slowing on day 4 and 5 where I was back to normal self. Actually had 2 beers spread out those days. No heartburn. Mild face flush about an hour after taking it. That's all. Cool. 2nd week, daily sex for 7 days, 3 capsules (one on day 1, 2 on 4th day because I was drunk and forgot I'd taken one already), drank to the level of my military days. Holy mother pearl...day 2 brought the familiar heartburn, intensifying later that evening. Day 3 drinking was difficult first few beers, and it seemed to numb the heartburn. Performance was definitely good, judgement on quality of girl apparently is affected. On day 4, it had subsided slightly, and it's when I popped the 2 capsules within a few hours of each other. I remember realizing I'd taken one earlier about 2 minutes after taking the second. Oops.. The next day, (day 5) I was eating a late breakfast, and for some reason my chewing reflex stopped about half way through an omelette as the previous bite of toast was stuck somewhere between my solar plexus and Hades. OMG...talk about life flashing before my eyes. You know it's bad when you look around trying to find the biggest Asian in the room that might be able to give you a Heimlich. The smart thing would have been to spit out the mouthful of egg and just wait a few minutes for the toast to bow to the devil. Instead I swallowed what ended up feeling like a ball of glass sliding down a giraffe's neck. Now I had 2 stuck pieces of food in my esophagus, and instinct said, WATER!. I drank half a bottle of water, and painfully pushed them into my stomach. It might sound like I'm exaggerating, but go ahead, do the test, and tell me how that works out for you. The heartburn side effects went on for 3-4 days after the end of my 2nd week test.tl;dr bottom line, this product works good, effects do go for 3-4 days depending on your metabolism. If you like to drink copiously like I do, get ready for some serious heartburn on days 2-3 after taking the capsule. Don't take 2 inside of 24 hrs--not needed, will increase risks of side effects. You can easily just take 1 every 3-4 days, save on capsules and your esophagus.

It works as claimed. I checked out fakespot.com on all the products in this category and this one came out very well. Reading the reviews, it seemed that the negatives were the ones that were illegitimate which is the opposite of the usual case with these types of products (what's to stop a competitor from fouling up a rival's reviews?). It works for 2 to 4 days which is something to consider in terms of cost effectiveness and what you're looking for. The good thing is that you can try out a smaller sized package and find out if it works or not. In my experience, this product is legitimate. Side effects are zero to negligible (I do better with all supplements and vitamins not taking on an empty stomach). Some people complain about a particular lot being weak but I don't think that is the case. I think they don't realize their chemistry changes all the time and they should take a break from all supplements and switch up brands. I think this company makes multiple products in this category with presumably different chemistry. I'd consider trying them if I can find one with a name and packaging more discreet and dignified than what I currently see being offered.

I've bought this before and the package has always contained 4 boxes. This time, only 3. Good product, though, obviously since I've ordered before and ordered it again. But -2 stars for blatant false advertising.

DOESN’T WORK, at least not for me.I normally buy HAPENIS, which I think are all part of the product line made or distributed by the same company, just like OLD FAITHFUL; and the only that truly works is HAPENIS, but now they only sell it on eBay. I don’t see here on Amazon.So I’m not sure if SUSTAIN is a case of high ratings bought by bribing users with free product/gift cards as it tends to be a pervasive problem with AMAZON, but buy their PAPENIS red pill (same box and look - beware of copy cats selling a red pill on eBay if if doesn’t look like the same black box and format as this one ( the copy cat pill doesn’t work either).I’m glad I only purchased the sample pack. Otherwise I’d be even more upset.
