Lower quality system
I was very excited to get this system, since we are on a septic tank, and this would allow a below grade bathroom installation. When I unpacked the items, I was disappointed with the thin plastic pump housing and the incompletely glazed porcelain toilet and tank. This did not inspire confidence, and it diminished my enthusiasm to proceed with the installation. I suspect that the durability of the system may not be worth the effort. A macerating toilet is not an item to cut corners on, and, I would not recommend this system.

Easy Installation
We made a 2nd bathroom and needed this because there was no pre existing plumbing system. Works fine. Prevent overworking the grinding system by avoiding using put too much tissue or paper towel.

Works good but somewhat cheaply made
We finally got this installed and I must say I am fairly pleased with this item.We were installing a bathroom in a basement area with no existing plumbing and were faced with the daunting task of cutting the concrete slab to install pipes. After doing much research I discovered rear outflow and macerating toilets.I decided to give this one a try and see if it would work in our situation and am I glad we did. I was skeptical at first that the toilet would be able to pump waste out as far as we needed it to go but I was able to bring the pipe straight through the wall and tie into our existing septic system without too many issues.Just be aware that this is a lot more complicated to install than a regular toilet and depending on what hoses and fittings you have available you may need to do some legwork buying adapters to get it all up and running. I'm happy to report that the toilet seems to have no problem delivering waste upward at a slight angle over 25 feet with no issues! I have found the construction to be on par with discount toilets you get at the big box stores. That is somewhat disappointing but understandable considering the price of this unit. I don't know how well it will hold up in the long run but it is working perfectly right now. If this was going to be used in an area that saw heavy use I might would consider trying to find a better quality unit. Unfortunately that would mean a much higher price.Overall, if you need to install a budget quality toilet in a non- standard area with no existing plumbing this is a solid choice and I'd have no issues recommending it to friends and family in a similar situation.

Save Your Money & Buy another Brand
I want to start by saying I've been a plumber going on 18 years this Toilet is made cheap! No standard-size hookups for the water line and the toilet seat were thrown away with mounting bolts being paper-thin plastic! The pump itself is no better than very thin plastic for the price I would spend a little extra money and buy a Sani flo or a system with higher quality material. I don’t see this system lasting more than 3 months before the pumps fail

Good concept, but poorly made.
I was pretty disappointed at the quality of this toilet when it arrived. It is cheaply made, but wrist of all is the water hook-ups aren't your standard diameter. I don't expect the pumps in this toilet to last very long. We are going with another brand. Sadly, I can't recommend this with confidence.

More trouble than it's worth
I was excited to get this and thought it would be awesome for our situation. First of all, it's difficult to install. The parts seem to be cheaply made. I'm not sure how long this thing will last. It's good in theory but could use better craftmanship and materials.

Not worth the trouble
This is a very old toilet and was difficult to install (attempted). Ended up just buying another toilet, the quality isn't good and isn't worth the trouble trying.
