I bought the previous model of this which they no longer carry. the previous version had some issues but I still liked it. I loaned it to a family member and sadly got it back with the top piece broken so I went back to using my clunker. But who am I kidding, having a cordless vacuum just makes cleaning so much easier. So I bought the newer model and I can’t believe I’m going to gush about a vacuum but the improvements they have made are amazing. The previous model although it did the job was not sturdy. the bottom broke the first time I used it but the company sent me a replacement piece immediately. It was not so easy to maneuver sometimes I had to lift it. I also had to vacuum on the highest setting on carpet. With this newer model it is so smooth and light and so much sturdier than the previous model. It glided over my carpet and the suction is so strong I didn’t have to go higher than the lowest setting. I even turned all the lights on because it was too smooth that I was like no way is it picking up all the garbage and dirt. But it was. This little vacuum is amazing! What an improvement will definitely recommend it.

This is my first time buying a portable vacuum cleaner and I am very satisfied though there is a little bit of glitch but I am still very happy. I preferred to use the vacuum cleaner at night because i can see the dust particles, hair and etc. by using only the light from the vacuum itself it works wonder and it picks up even a dog hair and tiny dust. The vacuum is very light and the wheels are awesome very easy to maneuver. The vacuum container is small so you have to empty it often but it depends of how dirty the floor. For some reason the motor and the suction pipe broke for multiple usage. The screw broke connecting to the motor don’t know why. I email the company right away and sent them with pictures which I attached here. Within less than 24 hours Anna the customer service sent me a message and saying they will replace the motor free from charge and free shipping. Sure enough I got my new motor vaclife vacuum which I attached also in the picture. :)TIPS: in using the vacuum at night.Turned off the light where you want to do the vacuum and use only the vacuum light because you’ll see the dirt better using the vacuum light.

Liked the quality, quietness, performance.......good value overall. The first vaclife worked the first time very well. Next time, a loud noise and the brush roller stopped. I did not use it again of course but sent it back. The manufacturer sent another new one very quickly. Will try it tomorrow and hope it will work well. Note that the battery may last 45 min. as hoped if used at no load, low speed. Otherwise about 20-25 min. at medium speed from full charge. Overall, good product and Amazon service great. Update as of 10/13/23: The lid on the dirt canister broke making it very inconvenient to empty. I contacted customer service with a pic of the offending part. Within less than a week I was notified that a new "head" would be sent. I was pleasantly surprised when the new part arrived and now my Vaclife has a new life! I Highly recommend this vac and the customer service!

It's a fine little vacuum cleaner. The battery takes a while to charge, but lasts long enough for me to clean up my small apartment with time to spare and I can leave it plugged in overnight when I'm not vacuuming anyway. The dust chamber (stuff catcher?) is a bit small, but again, this is not intended to sweep up 5000ft mansions and is fine for smaller jobs or smaller places. Even on high, the suction isn't going to win any awards, but it gets the job done just fine. (If you're trying to deep-clean your carpet, rent a steamvac.) It's small, maneuverable, and doesn't weigh a ton. It's a lot more effective because of that than my full-sized vacuum cleaner that just can't reach places as well in my smaller living space. Not to mention a lot more handy, easier to store, and more convenient to grab and do quick clean-up.My only complaint is that it really does not like long hair. I have long hair that gets everywhere, and the way the roller works is via a "nut" of sorts that slots into the roller and spins at high speed. Hair can get trapped in there easily and gum up the works. It's easy enough to take apart and clean, but a different mechanism, or some way of protecting it would be nice. It seems that popping the roller out and giving the area a quick once-over without the roller in to get the most of the surface hair out of the way before actually vacuuming works well enough. The roller pops in and out easily, and it's a little extra work, but I have only my head to blame.

This vacuum was my go to! I loved it… Until about nine months after owning it, it stopped picking dirt and fur off the floor. I was diligent about washing the HEPA filter more frequently than it recommended because our floors are pretty bad living out in the country with a dirt driveway and pets. I purchased a new HEPA filter thinking that might help but it didn’t. It just keeps flashing the HEPA filter light even though I put a brand new one in. Additionally, the battery life went from being able to vacuum my whole single-story home to half and then it would need to be plugged in and recharged to do the other half. Now it’s just a worthless piece of junk. So if you’re looking for something to last you about 3/4 of a year this is your vacuum! Otherwise, keep looking, just like I am.
