Great knife !!
I am a professional chef and I must say this knife is great !! I purchased one after Careful consideration and I'm very pleased. Just fillet 40 bls of chicken like butter, right out of the box !! I would defiantly recommend.

Beautifully crafted and sharp!
This is a beautifully crafted knife. The fit and finish is as good as other professional cutlery at 3 times the price. The blade is razor sharp right out of the box. Time will tell how well it holds its edge. The handle is perfectly fitted and feels great. And yes, the box is nice too. It definitely exceeded my expectation. I am looking forward to enjoying the use of this Gyuto for a very long time!

Too beautiful to use
This knife is an absolute work of art. The construction is almost flawless. The handle is very smooth and comfortable. Blade came very sharp. Very fine tip.Box it came in is very nice also.
