flavor is good; heat level is good you don't need a lot all you need is a kick to bring out the taste in your food awesome!!! 👍

If you can't get fresh scotch bonnets, this is the next best thing. Has the flavor profile of the pepper and would be hard to tell the difference. The only thing is to get the proportion of how much to use. With a little trial and error, this should not be a big problem.

It brings all dishes to life. The more you shake the spicier it gets. I add this to all of my meats before cooking. It's a MUST HAVE!

I love the authenticity of this product, it is great quality however, the bottle was sealed but not full. There should be a better quality control. I bought two new bottles and if they still come half full, I will contact the manufacturer because this is not right. I gave it a 4 stars only because of this issue.

Very good and just a little does the job when you need to substitute the real pepper for our favorite Caribbean and Hispanic or our every day cooking. Really 🔥 hot. I recommend.

I'm a Caucasian woman who loves to cook, and loves to make many cultural cuisines. And I love heat! I make many Jamaican, Korean, and Haitian dishes. I live in Alaska and have very limited options for hot peppers/scotch bonnets.THIS IS MY GO TO NOW! It keeps fantastic. You can control your heat. Overall, one of my new very favorite spices! (My husband can take heat, he has said a few times I've overdone it though. So know it's hot. Don't over shake!).
