It wasn’t packed very well so arrived with a dent on the rim. I kept it anyway.

LOVELY TRAY BUT SCRATCHES EASILY.
I love the Emma Bridgewater metal trays and I am very careful to put a piece of kitchen roll on the base before putting my plate on the tray. No matter how careful I have been they have scratched. I have 2 of these trays, the smaller one plus the large one with handles and they both have the same problem. It is sooooo disappointing from a high end producer such as Emma Bridgewater to find the quality is not up to the Bridgewater standard.

Beautiful but...
This is a stunning tray but unfortunately really rather flimsy and I wouldn't want to carry a tray of hot drinks on it in case it buckled. The first tray I bought got completely mangled in the post as it wasn't packaged very well and clearly got dropped or trodden on. So great if you want something pretty to display but wouldn't rate it as a functional item.
