Three stars because I think this is the best new workout clothes out there
Three stars because I think this is the best new workout clothes out there. I own the pants and t-shirts and pullover. Needed the shorts for this summer workouts and training. No lining, and these things are huge and baggy. Debated on getting the medium for better fit but there is no way, just two baggy. Even if they were board shorts they would not work. Three stars because I still love the other work out gear. One for this!

Perfect summer weight work out shorts
This is the heart of the OCR season and so I put these Vaiden Aster shorts through two brutal workouts before giving this review. But first some background.Ordering the shorts on Amazon is very easy. While there is a drop-down size selection menu, the sizes to not correlate to waist size in inches. So I recommend going to the Vaiden website to get the proper size conversion there. I also recommend that Vaiden provide this detail to Amazon. Then ordering would be perfect.My first workout was a beach workout. It was leg day. This was the chafe test. These shorts are very light, un-lined, with pockets, drawstring, vented sides, and reflective stripes on the hips. The sewing was tight and there were none of those nasty plastic threads sticking out. The shorts survived two hours on the beach while I did legs using a 40# weight vest and 40# sandbell.The second workout was 240 water burpees plus 100 flutter kicks in the lake. The shorts performed great in the water. They were very light. The only minor drawback was the pockets filled up with sand. Perhaps Vaiden will consider putting zippers on the pockets in the future.Other than that, I loved them. The first workout was a dry beach workout. The shorts did a great job wicking away the sweat. On the lake workout, they dried out quickly on the short walk home.I strongly recommend these shorts for hot weather workouts, gym, and beach exercise. They were extremely comfortable, non-chafing, and super-wicking. I would also highly recommend them for running.

Perfect shorts!
Purchases these shorts for my team son. I'm impressed by the durable fabric. But, my son says they are the most comfortable shorts he's ever work. The fabric is lightweight, moisture wicking, and breathable. Not only are they perfect for wearing around the house to relax, but they are great shorts for wearing while running or during soccer practice.
