This item came quickly and has been highly touted. My wife started using it as quickly as it arrived and is still taking it.

Product seems to work well. No flavor to it and pills are easy to swallow. Overall pretty good.

I have just discovered as I research Graviola or Soursop for review, that I should not be using it as I am on a BP med and I can't have both. So I will review it now and then set it aside. The reason is that Graviola is often used in controlling high blood pressure. It also may be helpful in the fight against cancer but more research is necessary.Quoting from an article online concerning this fruit: "Soursop has many properties, including anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antibacterial agents that may help treat certain ailments. In many countries, it is used as a traditional remedy, where the fruit is used for ailments such as lice, fever, edema, coughs, blood cleansing, arthritis, depression, parasites, asthma, and inflammation.Risks:"Although soursop is considered a natural remedy for many conditions, there are some risks. Taking soursop long-term could lead to toxicity in the liver and kidneys. Soursop is also known to lower blood pressure as well as blood sugar, so it should not be taken by people on blood pressure medications or who have diabetes."So there are a few cautions, whether using the pills or eating the fruit (and I have little idea if it is available in the markets). It apparently is a very healthy supplement to use or to eat, but you do have to know what you're doing (which, obviously, I didn't!)

Funcional

On the product page under the, "About This Item," it is claimed that this is the strongest extract in the market at 15:1 extract ratio. The label on the bottle says that it is a 4:1 ratio. That large of a discrepancy means I can only give it three stars, even though it seems to be an otherwise good product. While I haven't noticed anything in particular since taking this product, I do believe in the health benefits of soursop. So my guess is that this product is working for me behind the scenes.

Natural supplement with no weird ingredients or added artificial ingredients. Didn't have any side affects either.

I completed the Herbal Goodness Graviola 30-day course. Capsules are uniformly well-packed and have a pleasant odor, kosher and keto-friendly. Capsules on a larger side, however, are still easy to swallow. I would like to acknowledge super-fast next-day delivery. My goal was to lower blood pressure and blood sugar by combining the keto diet, weight loss, and Graviola effect. I was taking two capsules with lunch. For the first week, I tightly monitored my blood pressure and didn't notice blood pressure swings. I lost seven pounds in 30 days. I noticed a surge of energy and a minor decrease in blood pressure; however, I'm not sure of the cause - either the weight loss or Graviola's effects. I feel good, more relaxed and happier. Five stars!

Herbal Goodness is a trusted brand. My midwife recommeneded their papaya leaf extract when I had low platelets during pregnancy and it was the only brand that actually worked (I tried others being cheap and my platelets went down)!I wanted to try this supplement because I heard that it helps with stress, in addition to having some anti-carcinogenic properties. I read that it’s also anti-parasitic and can be used to treat high blood pressure and inflammation. So far, I feel really great while taking it and definitely notice less stress!I will probably take this supplement on and off for a few years. I think it’s important to take breaks.
