I love this product helps my form! You can stretch it tighter or looser to your liking. It is a little bulky looking if you were to try to wear it under a tight shirt I usually put it over my shirt because my skin gets irritated easily. I can wash it and air dry it. This is great if you need to just sweat more or have bad posture or just had a baby and trying to tighten your core up again. Also great for stretch marks if you use a before cream and leave your waist trainer on. I highly recommend this product better than most sweat waist trainers I’ve used and I’ve used the ones with metal clips and the ones from gnc. So this one is my favorite
