It was a horrible thing to behold
It was a horrible thing to behold! My wife carrying on the way she did, that is, on her birthday without her Pudus Classic adult multicolored slipper socks, but I'd been led to believe both roads and freighters had improved a tad bit since the civil war days and with that "absolute guarantee delivery" by her birthday that you fellers huffed so about I weren't none too concerned till her day of celebration done come and went and no slippered socks! I was shore nuff proud winter was shy about comin this year or we woulda raised ol' Ned tryin to gentle her down after losing her purty little pinkie toe to frostbite. Does sorta make a man wanna spit thinking about that guaranteed delivery date, but Ma's says not to fret no more about it since them multicolors soothed her feathers a tad. She says to tell you them socks is prettier'n purple panties on a pig, warm as duck down, and that she feels downright glamorous wearing 'em around the house in nuthin' but the rosewater cologne Pa fetched her for her birthday. Ye done good after all!

Hard to put on and run super small
The socks are soft but they run really small. There no stretch to the ankle calf area and they are super hard to put on. Also the inside is not attached to the out side so you have readjust just get them on right. I honestly wish I hadn’t bought them and I can’t recomend them to anyone. If you do decide to buy, buy a size up.

Don't need UGGs (or a Swiffer)
Warm, and comfortable after a couple of wears (the pile inside initially overwhelms/feels lumpy-weird to walk in). They shrink after a cold wash and low tumble-dry — a bonus for me, as I have small, narrow feet.* Another bonus: I know when I'm in need of a pedi, because long toenails or chipped polish will catch inside on the fluff. I don't like that they pill, attract lint, and pick up dust and hair like a Swiffer, but at $24.99 they're as toasty as UGGs. They just could be made a little better.*People with larger feet should wear them pulled up, and people with smaller feet should fold them down. THE GREATER THE CUFF, THE SMALLER THE FIT.

Pudus are perfect for perpetually cold feet
My wife's feet are always cold. She has worn alpaca slippers to bed for years. Then I saw these Pudus and decided to try them. They are superior to anything we've ever found. They are snug and the warmest socks/slippers ever. The rubbery stuff on the bottom serves as a non-slip surface without being solid like a shoe sole. They are simply perfect for lounging and sleeping.

Adorable and Cozy!!
These are really wonderful slipper socks! The lining stays in place and is super soft and cozy warm. The are cute folded like it is shown but if you want the added warmth on your leg you can wear them like a crew sock. I wear a size 6 shoe; since this is a "one size fits all" arrangement these are a little roomy but not sloppy. My husband is a size 10 wide foot and they have enough "give" to fit his foot too. I have only seen the Lumber Jack red/black and think they are perfect for men and women. This is going to be a fine Christmas gift for friends and family this year.

Don’t last, not worth the money
I bought these as a Christmas gift to myself. They came on Christmas Eve. I loved them, they are warm and comfortable, but then after a few weeks I felt like there wasn’t as much cushion walking with then on. Today I put them on and felt like I was stepping on something. Turned them inside out to see there is no cushion at the heel and I’m feeling the tread. These didn’t even last two full months. I’m so disappointed.

Loved these for one day then downhill...
Loved the way they fit the first day. Hated them after that. After one day of wearing, on feet that are small, they stretch out, and the toe end gets huge..about twice the width of my actual feet, and the gripper things start coming off. We have normal flooring - carpet and smooth wood - and these simply aren’t going to make the cut. I purchased based on other people’s good reviews, and the fact that Oprah had recommended them as her personal favorites, I assumed they would be reliable, but they’re not. Also, the fuzzy Sherpa stuff is not actually Sherpa, it’s some other kind of material that picks up every tiny piece of lint or hair, pet hair, if you bump against a leaf crumb that’s made it into your house on your floor, etc. Everything sticks to it!

Not cheap but freaking awesome...
It took me a long time to get these because it was more than I wanted to spend on slipper socks. Mostly because I think so many reviews are BS because people are paid for the and such. But I finally got a pair and wow... awesome. Super soft. Super comfy. Super warm. My only complaint is maybe they’re too warm but that’s more because I like being a tad cold. Basically if you’re on the fence get off that fence and get these. And remember fences aren’t really safe to be on. The metal once can take a nice gash out of your leg and the wood ones might not hold up and fall while you’re climbing it

Cozy but wears quickly
I bought these to replace a pair of big, slouchy house socks I got as a gift many years ago which were kaput. My feet get cold easily and I prefer a big, cozy sock to a traditional slipper.I have had these Pudus a little over a month now and they definitely meet my warm & cozy requirements. That said, as mentioned by other reviewers, they fit more snugly than my old slouchy pair. I am a size 8/9 and I usually wear these overtop of a pair of thin socks. There's still a little room to spare (especially after a month of almost daily wear), but they still take a minute to put on because they are fairly narrow in the ankle/heel portion, with less stretch than I imagined they might have.As you can see from the photos, they've also suffered some wear and tear. There's lots of pilling, the outer heel is beginning to wear down, and one or two of the little grippers have fallen off (but most are still securely in place). The fluffy inner lining is still in great shape and very cozy. These certainly won't last forever, but I imagine they will continue to keep my feet cozy and warm even if the outer layer wears completely away at the heel.I like the way they look well enough, but the real reason I bought them was for warmth, and in that realm they are succeeding.

DONT BUY - you will return
They bunched up at the toe area in three days. I bought another few pair about three years ago they are still perfect. These are garbage. Now I have to waist my time to go to post office and return these.

I believe the socks are not made proportionately.
These socks are beautiful, are exactly as illustrated and appear comfy, cosy and warm. HOWEVER, the lower leg portion where it joins the foot portion is TOO NARROW. I am not able to push my foot through to the foot area of the sock. Very disappointing!

Will buy again
As advertised. Very comfortable, warm & look good. I’ve had mine for a year and a half & plan to buy more. Last Christmas bought a pair for a friend that always complains about cold feet. She loves them!!

Soft and Comfy!
It is really soft and comfy! The only negative is that is a tad small. The heel is starting to stretch just a bit. Also, not sure what happened during the shipment but the box was pretty beat up. Thankfully nothing was damaged. It was more of an issue with the courier. Aside from that it's great!
