Product seems ok, but tube split on first squeeze with the nozzle. Able to complete the job at hand, but balance of product is wasted due to poor packaging. Spend extra for the name brand. Update: seller reached out immediately and seems I got a defective item. They made it right, and claim to have taken steps to ensure others with this defect do not go out. Nice customer service!

I was able to reseat a third brake light on my 2018 Camaro with this just fine! Has held up so far perfectly for 2 months and I can easily see it lasting years.

Product delivers, as promised but unit was spilling/leaking from the back. My hand was all black after installation.

Works well and the cap design keeps the sealant from drying out after the first use.

I use RTV silicone to create self-healing injection ports on mason jar lids for mycological work. Expected similar properties to Permatex. I'm disappointed. After exposure to autoclave conditions (steam@15PSI, 250ºF), this product became brittle, is losing adhesion in places, and I don't expect it to reseal when injected with a syringe. I can't imagine this would work well for advertised use either.
