Got it mounted and its working--but missing a few parts and had no instructions. Fortunately I am pretty handy with these type things. Had to purchase missing parts. Wasn't dark so I can't tell if the brightness claims were correct yet.Guess you get what you pay for--

The only problem was tightening the screws that hold the light to the bracket (to adjust the angle). Other than that, I just love it!!!!!!
