It arrived on time and packed in a black box which looks very classy for a wonderful gift. It had the instruction how to set the watch to current time, and attach it to the right place. It also mentioned what kind of battery the watch uses and how to replace it when needed. Overall the product looks nice and my friend liked it as a beautiful gift.

Got it for a friend as a graduation gift. The piece itself seems to be of good quality and elegant looking. Only thing is the gift box it was in, although durable, was stained and scratched (wished they could have had a better package that matched the elegant feeling of the clock). Otherwise, it is beautiful

This item paired with a Scriveiner black and gold pen is a wonderful gift. I love it and really sad that its been in a currently not available status for a while. Just got this today. Fancy box like Omega watch box. Expensive look of Pencil Holder. However the clock is a cheap junk. It is very difficult to rotate the time adjustment knob. Knob is tiny and wobbly. For the first time trying to set the time, the knob just broke off. I am returning it and do not want the replacement. Do not waste your time on this.

This thing is a great piano clock-- as a teacher, I'm always needing to keep track of both the time, and my pencils! I can even slide some post-its and stickers in behind the clock. However, this is clearly made to look like a higher-end thing than it is. It came in a very fancy box with a fancy instruction card... but the instructions are the most garbled non-sensical thing I've ever seen, with 5 labeled diagrams that do not correspond to the 3 numbered steps, none of which explain how to set the clock or replace the battery. My roomie figured out how to set the clock (you need fingernails, to pull the little nob out to where you can rotate it, for me it got stuck tucked into the clock where I couldn't rotate it). Some day when the battery goes out, I'll have to try tackling opening the back... but until then, it is serving its purpose well. I've had it for a few weeks and so far keeping time well.
