The fabric is exceptionally soft and the blanket heats up within 2 minutes or so. Max setting has no danger of burning anyone under normal use cases; that said, the mandatory 2 hour automatic shut off is rather annoying if you plan on using it while you sleep. Otherwise, nice product!

This blanket is probably the nicest heated blanket I've owned--and I own a LOT of them. How soft is it? Soft enough that my kitten, who is currently stretched out between my legs and wonderfully ensconced in said blanket, passed out trying to groom the fur side.But, of course, softness isn't really the mark of a good heated blanket, is it. No, that's the heat and functionality, And this does both well. I'm currently using the blanket on the second setting, which is just warm enough to be cozy without being too hot (unless you have a tiny brown kitten on you, and then you probably will be waaaay too warm...)Now there are a few things to keep in mind: while this heated blanket is large for a sofa, it is only sized as a sofa throw. It is soft and cuddly, yes, but maybe not big enough for curling up as a family. It is however big enough to drape across the knees of two adults sitting side-by-side, so it's nice for date nights.The other thing to keep in mind is that the controller does not tell you the temp, only really allowing you to turn the temp up or down, which means you might have to wait to see if the temperature you chose is the one you really want. That said, the controller allows you to select temperature levels, and the levels are marked with glowing lights making them easy to see, no matter how dark the room, so it’s only a really minor gripe.Overall I am very happy with this purchase and will consider buying again!

Nice quality gets warm good color.

This blanket is amazing, good to cuddle up on the couch on some chilly night and watch a movie. It looks posh as it is, you can just keep it as a throw or plug it in and get warm. I like how it has different settings for the heat

It really helps to soothe my back pain. It’s almost like a giant heating pad on the highest level, which will come in very handy when my endometriosis pain hits hard every month. I love how warm it gets!The size is a throw size. It’s decently sized for a one person purpose, but I wouldn’t mind it in a full size, being the price point, and all. My only peeve about it is that it has an almost ‘crunchy’ like feel within its interior when you move it or hug or squeeze it, you can feel that in the background, although it’s very hard to explain.I’ve had heated blankets without such a feel, it’s not my favorite type of feel, but the material out the outside is absolutely divine & makes up for that pretty much. Soft as a baby’s bottom, and very plush & cozy warm. The best I’ve owned in that respect ✔️.It functions very well. It heats up fast, has more settings then most, which I like. It’s very easy to use and to travel with, plus, it’s aesthetically gorgeous! The washability factor I have yet to encounter, so the that into consideration. I’ve only ever hand washed or spot cleaned an item such as this.It would make a lovely gift. $20-$30 cheaper would make for a more attractive deal for holiday shoppers, but I’m sure many with chronic pain in their muscles and joints will appreciate this one. For some reason, my wife has always hated heated blankets. What actually happened is that some relative gave her one when she was a kid. Back in that era, they were all pretty bad--uncomfortable, wires everywhere, etc. She found the experience miserable and just assumed that they had remained the same all of these years. Fortunately, heated blankets have improved immeasurably and now she loves them. She has one on every bed, several for travel, etc.This is a basic but soft, decent looking and functional heated blanket. It has six heat settings to provide the perfect temp and it's even machine washable. The controller is sleek and ergonomically and is easy to adjust. Just detach the controller and you can throw it in the washing machine. Nothing fancy, but definitely does the job. Highly recommended!

I like this throw, it's a decent size, great for a couch or recliner, even for single use on a bed although it won't fully cover an adult. The faux fur if you can call it that is super short and feels nice, the underside of it is also very nice dark grey and is kind of "marbley" blanket type. It even has a bit of weight to it but it's not a weighted blanket. The controller is good and the cord is long enough for my use.

Love how it has two different fabric textures. They are both very soft. The color is great and it is very easy to use. The heat level on 1 was enough to keep me warm.
