I’ve been using the Monthly Pill Organizer 3X a Day, and it has been an absolute lifesaver for managing my medications! The compartments are clearly labeled with the days of the month, and each day has three separate sections for morning, afternoon, and evening doses, which makes it so easy to keep track of everything.The organizer is well-made and sturdy, with secure lids that ensure my pills stay in place without spilling, even if I toss it in my bag. I love my new pill organizer. My old one didn't the individual holders per day but held one week at a time. The three compartments in a single holder insure that when you open Tuesday morning, Sunday evening doesn't accidently open! The other great attribute is when I need to leave home, I just grab that daily holder, and leave. I no longer have to transfer my medication into something else. The containers are well made, large enough hold a lot, and the clasp is very secure and the pills never come loose. Filling them is easy. I place them on a table in order, open the compartments, then fill all my mornings, then afternoons, and finally my evenings. Takes about 30 minutes, which is time well spent to keep your medications, vitamins and minerals organized. The carrying case is perfect, and helps you find the right day by using the date versus the day of the week. My hands can easily open the compartments up, and compared my husband's which just in a tray, each daily holder is so easy to get out. The very best thing is that when my great- grandchildren visit they cannot get into them because the case is shut and zipped. I put a paper clip through zipper so the kids can't get it open it. My husband's, we have to hide. It is very convenient when the little one's pop in. I will be getting another one for my husband, at Christmas! I recommend this for everyone.

It’s so much easier than lugging around a bulky weekly organizer or trying to remember if I already pulled my meds from a “mini pharmacy” case.• Generous Compartment Size: I was worried about fitting my larger pills, but each compartment easily holds 13-15 pills (or about of my 10 largest capsules), which is perfect for my needs.• Secure Closures: I’ve dropped these organizers more times than I can count, and they’ve never popped open. In fact, they’re far more reliable than organizers with so-called “locking” mechanisms.• Customizable Layout: The flexibility to arrange the stickers the way I wanted (I did 4 weeks of 7 with the extra 4 days vertically to the right) was a nice touch. I love the freedom to make it work for me while still enjoying the sleek, colorful design.• Travel-Friendly: The carrying strap and compact weekly travel pouch are incredibly useful. The travel pouch, while designed for 7 days, can snugly fit 8 if needed. I’ve traveled with the full month case, the weekly pouch, and even just individual daily boxes, all of which are sturdy, convenient, and prone to receiving compliments. My grandparents in particular are all very jealous of my med organization set up lol!Things to note:• Size: While designed to be as compact as possible for a monthly organizer, it’s still fairly large and takes up significant space. For example, it would cover almost half my nightstand if stored there. Personally, I keep the travel pouch in my nightstand drawer and the rest elsewhere to save space.This organizer has completely transformed how I manage my meds!! I always know exactly how many days of pills I have left, which provides so much peace of mind and ability to plan ahead. Whether you need something to keep you organized while taking meds multiple times a day on the go or are searching for a thoughtful gift for a chronically ill loved one, I cannot recommend this organizer enough!

This is the perfect pill organizer! I do not like filling pill organizers weekly, this is a game changer! All of my pills fit with plenty of room for more. The only thing I don’t like which is my fault for not reading more carefully is that it doesn’t come with days of the week stickers. Other than that it works well for my intended use. I like the different colored containers and the carrying case is very nice.

This has been a daily trusted tool for 2 months. It's been instrumental in teaching my autistic teenager to be responsible for her medication. The containers open with minimal force, but are secure enough to bounce around in her backpack without spilling their contents. My only complaint is that the stitching for the zipper came unstitched. I'm not sure it's fixable.

Purchased for my husband. He takes multiple pills and has memory issues. Having a date versus day is so helpful. He can look at his calendar or watch and know which date it is versus using day of the week. I fill this once per month. Icons can be confusing for someone with memory issues. I used a permanent marker and wrote "bedtime" on the sunset icon. The lid closure stays closed and is easy enough to open. Size of compartment works for us. My husband takes about 8 pills at the same time. And there is room for more. ( his pills vary in size, but I would estimate each compartment could hold about 7-8 Tylenol size pills). We use this at home and for travel. It's set up for 32 days. I use day 32 as a sample so I don't have to spend time reading the rx labels. This is so easy for me to use.
