This game is highly entertaining and simple to set-up and play. All that is required to start playing is opening the mouth to reveal the hippo's bottom set of teeth. Players then take turns pressing down on one of the teeth until the hippo bites down. Whoever the hippo bites down on loses. Batteries can be added, but not necessary for play. With batteries, the eyes light up and the hippo makes sounds when its mouth is opened up and when it bites down. I would highly recommend this fun game since it's quick and simple to play!

This is such a fun game for kids!! We got it for our 6-year-old and both he and our 3-year-old really get a kick out of it. Even their friends think it’s fun when they come over. They are a little apprehensive when pushing the teeth down because they’re afraid to get “snapped” haha, but that doesn’t stop them from playing with it, and it doesn’t hurt them at all!! I love that each time you play it, the “it” tooth is different, so you can’t memorize which one it is and cheat. When the hippo snaps down, it doesn’t hurt, it's just a bit surprising, which can be off putting to some younger children. My kids are addicted to this game tho, and it makes me laugh watching them. The hippo is cute and non-threatening looking. This would make a great gift for any little kid.
