I don’t usually write reviews for things but i wanted to help people like myself who have been searching for the right pillow for a while. I was waking up feeling almost off balance because my neck hurt so much. This got quite bad and has lead to my shoulders feeling very tense. The description of this pillow says it can take some time to get used to but honestly after one night my neck felt so much better. It definitely does what it says and keeps your neck aligned. My usual pillow cases fit fine on it too.

I Genuinely don’t know if this pillow is the reason and difference but I’ve been waking with neck aches and headache every morning for months. Since buying the pillow I’m now on day 14 head and neck pain free. Straight away on the very first morning I had no headache when I woke. My sleep is much better quality with little tossing and turning and longer than it has been in years.Ordered another one today for my mum to try as she had been suffering the exact same neck and headaches every morning.

It's a great pillow but the cover is not kind to the skin. It would be perfect with a smooth cover rather than this bumpy course fabric. Maybe there's a reason. But if your a side sleeper it's an issue. Takes getting used too but after the first night I could see the pain in my neck and shoulders has diminished.
