| Thai Green Balm (Pack of 1)

Used this for my dad! Helped with his aches!

This balm is from Thailand, and while I'm not familiar with other Thai products, I have the sense that the Thai culture has a pretty strong herbal tradition.Twin Monkeys "Thai Herbal Balm" is very strong, and I can see how it might be effective. Even though this is a small jar, there is a fairly substantial volume of this product. It has a STRONG scent, very much like the many menthol-eucalyptus products out there, though those are not the active ingredients. It's scent is along those lines, however,I could smell the product as soon as I removed the outer cellophane wrap from the cardboard box. It's definitely hard to miss. I have to admit, it's a very appealing odor to me, and once I actually opened the jar it immediately cleared my stuffed sinuses! It also made my eyes tear a bit.The product itself has a pleasing consistency, very similar to a popular pain salve from China that features a tiger. It goes on clear, even though it's got a rather odd green color. It's absorbed very well, and a tiny bit really goes a long way. No greasiness or oiliness. Nice.It's really an unusual product. If, in my case, it helps ease cluster headaches or the vicious bites from fire ants... I'm all in.It's got a great deal of promise from my perspective. After all, it just resolved my sinus issues.

My husband uses tiger balm all the time. I rarely do, because I don't like the smell on my forehead or neck, where I'd use it if I liked the smell.This balm, however, is BETTER for me, but not better than tiger balm for my husband. I prefer it. I had a bad headache and I used this to try it out and it really immediately helped lessen the pain. The tingly feeling was fantastic (I find tiger balm too strong), and the smell was very pleasant to me. My husband used this, as well, and was very pleased, though he says the Tiger Balm works better for him. He did say this worked, though, and doesn't mind using this instead of Tiger Balm and would buy it again.So, it was a win for our house, since we both like it and it definitely works without being overpowering.

So it doesn't do it's job.. Tiger balm is way better than this one. At least tiger balm relieves my pain up to 3-4 hours. But at night time Tiger balm really works.. It was not worth what i paid for it...

Twin Monkeys menthol rub gave me cool, tingly relief when I applied it to my place of discomfort. Shortly thereafter the stiffness had subsided a great deal.The smell is also strong enough to rid my occasional headache or stuffy nose. Twin monkeys is Tiger Balm on steroids.❤️

the smell does remind me of my grandmother... this is nice for me, i am not sure how other people would feel smelling like ointment. it feels very nice on my sore muscles, warm and tingly... a little like icy hot. the feeling is not overwhelming, i am not sure how effective it would be on motion sickness or bug bites (the other claims on the box), but i like it on aches and pains. i do think that it wouldnt hurt to try for motion sickness and bites, it makes sense that it might work. i am going to put this in my bag to try the next time i feel a little car sick, hopefully i remember to come back and update if it was helpful to me.

This stuff smells like icy hot or tiger balm. It would definitely clear out your sinuses if you’re suffering from a cold. It feels really nice on achy muscles and joints, and feels great on the temples if you’re suffering from a head cold/migraine.

Can't use it. No relief, smells awful.
