Great knife so far!
I bought this scimitar style knife for cutting large meat pieces and watermelons 🤣So far I’m really happy with its performance and quality. Im really picky about the grind of my blade and this one came well sharpened. A lot of times even expensive knife manufacturers put a rough a convex grind on their blades and it sucks! This one is really smooth and close to a Sabre grind? It’s flexible but it’s a slicer, not a chopper and so far it slices this really well. ATS34 steel is supposed to be pretty good and if they really did harden it to 60-61 hrc it’s a great price!Like other customers said, the handle isn’t the best if you larger hands but its definitely manageable. Overall I would recommend it :)

Nice knife for those giant slabs of meat!
The 11" carving knife is more like a small sword than a knife, lol. My wife was hysterically laughing when she brought it out to me. I reminded her we needed it, as our Henkel sets longest knife is 8" and always comes up short when we are preparing large fish or slabs of meat. She agreed. The knife came pretty sharp out of its black case with a tip cover for protection. The wood handle is securely attached with 3 rivets and feels well balanced in the hand. I didn't really have too, but I honed the edge on my professional sharpener, and stropped using a thick leather belt before its first use. It sliced through over 20 pounds of Angus Prime like ive always wanted a knife to. For the sale price it was a no brainer and happy to add it to the tool box. 5 stars!

An ok knife.
Out of the box, this knife is super sharp. I work retail in a grocery store. I bought this to cut strips, Ribeyes and fillet mignon with. So far I think it's ok. The handle isn't ideal for a cutting room, but with care it works. One think I don't like is the blade flexes. Real meat cutter knives have hardened steel and are meant for the job. This knife will work .. just know it's mainly ideal for the home chef.

Good solid Knife
I own a few other Huusk knives but this one is different.Lightweight and beautiful to look at. The blade is thin and flexible. I was not expecting flexible with a brisket knife but slicing was seamless. Super sharp blade, but all new knives are sharp. Rosewood handle color looks a little forced but it is sure pretty.

Awesome knives, Great product!
Just received this elegant and light knife to add to my collection! I am amazed at how sharp they are. I used to carving a cooked ham and was like a hot knife goes through warm butter. Great product highly recommend for professional use, gift or private collection.

not very sturdy
the blade is thinner and less sturdy then expected. borderline flimsy. could get some jobs done but not the heavy duty knife for cutting large pieces of meat that I hoped for.
