Ibanez parlor guitar
The media could not be loaded. Â Pleasantly surprised by the wood, finish and sound of this guitar. Bought to use as a couch guitar to preserve my fragile vintage guitar. Amazing for this price.

Great for someone with smaller frame
I've been struggling to learn guitar on and off for years, never progressing beyond the beginner/early intermediate level and finding it really uncomfortable to play. I've learned to play other instruments but it always just felt like it didn't work with my body. Then I learned about parlor guitars as being good for someone with a smaller frame. I'm short (5'4'') and it immediately felt easier, tried some bar chords and for the first time could understand how people manage to learn to play those. So I'd definitely recommend this to someone who finds "regular" sized adult acoustic guitars too bulky to learn on comfortably. I wouldn't say it's an amazing sounding instrument, but it sounds good and is definitely a good value for the price.

A solid, well made parlor guitar featuring an abundance of mahogany.
This is a sweet little parlor guitar with great projection and a crisp tone. It also stands up well to heavy rhythm playing, slide guitar, blues and open tunings. I'm quite happy with it, I use it primarily as a Nashville tuning guitar for doubling rhythm parts, which it works very nice as.

Great starter guitar for kids.
Fabulous little guitar for a kid starting lessons. Nice tone. Holds a tune well. Light enough for a kid to handle. Excellent value and performance.

Wanted to Love It, But Alas
Beautiful parlor guitar, but the edges of the frets are so sharp as to cut one's fingers. Not only does it keep disrupting your playing (an annoying vibe kill), but you feel afraid to play at a clip lest your fingers catch on these, which they often do.These also come with very poor strings which you should replace right away. My guitar action is also quite low so over the past few months it's become quite twangy and buzzy. Finally, this thing never stays tuned! I have a Yamaha flemenco guitar and a Cort electric guitar and they're fairly in tune whenever I pick them up, just a bit of tweaking required. But this guitar needs an extensive tuning session each time.

Great simple beginners guitar
This is a wonderful little starters guitar or maybe a just a great simple parlor style for someone who just wants basic but beautiful. I love the guitar and am having fun learning to play. I love the three quarter size for me and the craftsmanship is very good. A smooth finish and really a beautiful appearance. Really worth the price.
