Such a shame this item is faulty because the quality and colour are amazing! I Ordered my first blanket which after around 4/5 days stopped working! After around 10/15 mins it just went off by itself and the control panel goes off with a black screen and will not turn back on again, I returned the blanket and bought another one as I loved the blanket and hoped it was just a one off issue. Unfortunately now the second blanket I’ve received has the same fault! I’ve had it around 4 days and I’ve read the manual so I’m using it correctly but there’s clearly an electrical fault, like I said such a shame as it’s a lovely blanket, going to have to return this one aswell and go for a different brand altogether!

Bought as a gift but reported to be very useful.

Bought for Mums 90th birthday as she is always complaining of feeling cold, even with heating on 25°c! She likes warm colours so we chose this one as not grey or beige. Would have liked a bit smaller to just cover her lap and lower legs, so that she doesnt trip over it when standing up, but she seems to be managing ok. She has not complained of feeling cold since she has had it, and wants everyone to feel how toasty warm it is!

Brought as a gift , lovely and warm, don’t even have to switch the heat on to gain benefit of this luxury blanket, when do switch on, didn’t have to have in for long, once switched off retains the warmth
