Undeniably beneficial once you manage your dose
I've loved Thermobol for many years and that's not changing.I'd say this product may not be for everyone as it really does make you feel thoroughly awake - to the point of being unable to sleep and can cause palpatations and hand shakes. That said, I just managed this through limiting the numbers of tablets that I would take in a day and I never take one after 13:00 hrs if I want to get to bed at my usual time. Also, they are available caffeine-free and so the problems are easy to avoid.What's great about Thermobol is that you feel alert, motivated and immediately feel like you're improving your stamina and fitness. They're a wonderful tablet for those who are having a sluggish start to trying to get into fitness, diet and a healthier lifestyle as they provide an instant ambition and kick-start. Also, they're used readily by friends who are heavy gym-goers as a pre-workout boost. I've introduced at least 4 people to Thermobols from a mix of non-movers to daily gym-goers and they all still say how they wouldn't be without them. At such a low cost, it's really worth giving them a go.

Works well for me with the granade fat burner tablets and you can notice the difference but as soon as you stop using them you notice, for good results in think you need to use for at least 3 months and change eating habits so body gets use to the change smaller portions is good and plenty fruit and not forgetting the hard stuff , water

Beware do not take
I used this product a couple of years ago with good results and no side effects. They must have changed the formula. I only took half a tablet in the morning to see effects. Within 15 minuets my heart was beating so fast, I felt shaky, could not sit down, kept walking around continously. I really feared the worst and was about to call A&E. Luckily my husband was not as he would have been furious with me had he seen me like that. I am not overweight but wanted to lose a couple of pounds I had put on over the festive period. Luckily by lunch time the feeling subsided. But I will not take these again. Just for the record I have taken strong diet pills in the past so I know my tolerance. These are dangerous and they should not be sold by Amazon. Stay away!

Good for physical and mental energy
The caffeine boost is excellent, and the effect in terms of enhanced focus, energy and performance is significant. No noticeable difference on the fat reduction, after a month, still the same for me.
