Frustrating customer service.
I have had this since January and it was working very well until about a week ago when I noticed the water level in the tank had not gone down.Long story short I did all the troubleshooting and finally had a very long chat session where I repeated all the same steps. After almost an hour I was informed I need to take it to a service center an hour away. I am 80 and this is not easy but there is no other option.I have 2 other Dyson products and am delighted with them.

Stopped working, no customer support
Humidifier stopped working in less than one year (and was only used in winter months). It’s under warranty, but nearly impossible (waited on hold for 45 minutes) to get Dyson by phone and totally non-responsive to emails. Performed all maintenance and cleaning as required and went through all troubleshooting (spent hours on this). Machine is defective and Dyson support cannot be reached.

Seller charged a $325 restocking fee and can5 get Amazon to help
