Exactly as described! Single-origin coffee beans from Matagalpa in Nicaragua, definitely seems to be rather recently roasted as it blooms pretty well while making a pour-over. Nice medium roasted beans with consistent quality overall, definitely on the more fruity and bright end of coffee flavor. Will be trying more beans from Redber in future! Many thanks!
