The enclosure is prettyspacious, and I like how it is split into sections so the turtle has a swimming as well as a basking area. Itwas simple to assemble, and I like that it has the light and pump included with the set. My pump doesnt work though, so it does not do me very much good. It has clear sides so you can see your pet, however do not make the mistake I made by trying to move it anywhere after it is assembled, as it is long and a bit flimsy it will distort and the sides come apart spilling any water inside It is a neat enclosure, but sucks my pump was broken.

Purchased this item and set it up. It's easy to setup but the pump doesn't do its job. It cannot pump enough water to fill the tube and create the waterfall. Very disappointing to my son.

This is just perfect for our little ChooChoo! This tank is much nicer than our older one and our turtle agrees. The fountain doesn't drip too fast and it isn't noisy. We use this just for his bath times, so he's in it once a day for about 2 hours. He loves to just sit in the water and relax. This is a must for people with baby turtles.

This XL turtle "cage" measures 26" x 13" x 7.7" and is definitely not large enough to keep a pet turtle in humanely. I've had pet turtles and terrapins (and frogs) throughout my life, and this turtle "cage" is not something I'd ever use for my pet turtles. It is too small.The shower and water-draining features are great ideas, but the pump doesn't work, so we'll never know how well the shower works. If I had a pet turtle, I'd get at least a 25-gallon aquarium to start out with, and I'd go up to 50 when I felt I needed to. A 25-gallon aquarium, by the way, measures 36.8 x 20 x 27 inches, quite a bit larger than this product. There's plenty of room in an aquarium to arrange rocks, greenery, water, etc. for the turtle, and he can grow and play happily in there.This product is made of cheap plastic, and I can't believe the price for this turtle "cage." Turtles don't live in cages. The size is inhumane for keeping turtles and would give a turtle no room to grow. I am appalled by this product's shortcomings, as a long-time turtle, terrapin, and frog pet owner, and the best I can do here is to simply say, keep on looking. Start with 25-gallon aquariums. This is a very disappointing product and is not worth half of their price.

Works OK. Not fantastic, but okay. Took awhile to get the sides to snap into place. No idea about the filter or the water, as I'm using it for our 2 large Hermit crabs. As far as what we're using it for, there's an area for sand (water, for a turtle), for their little submerging/sponge dish, and an area for their food. It's big and spacious and will be easy to clean.
