K-Seal ST3501 Pour and Go Head Gasket Sealer, 16oz, Permanent Repair for Blown Head Gaskets, Cracked Heads and Blocks

The media could not be loaded.  So got this for a pretty much done and scarp ford fiesta, we had a new engine about 2 years ago, now the head gasket had gone and pretty badly, it would empt the header tank in about 10 minutes, constantly blowing white smoke out the exhaust.We tried to keep journeys short but as it got worst, it would take 15/20 minutes to start, barely tick over and once it got warm would just about be drivable, garage estimated 900-1200 to repair but after the engine it wasn’t worth spending anymore on.I found this and thought worth a punt, 1% chance it would work but worth a go, followed the instructions and left it an hour to cool.WOW, I was truly amazed, not only did it seem to solve the smoke problem but it started instantly and was ticking over almost perfect, the video is the first start after using this.It’s now end of June, I’ve left the review as I expected it to die after a few days or week at the most but it’s now been 2 months and it starts, drives absolutely fine, doesn’t use any water, I'm actually shocked and very surprised, thya car was dead, no hope and now.100% recommended.

Did not work at all, followed all the instructions, cycles of hot & cold etc etc…. No change my exhaust started to blow blue smoke after this product!!!!

Very good product and easy to use. Please be aware that the product is only suitable water into oil prob and not the other way round. I only noticed this after I had opened the container.lucky for me that it sorted the problem

So i have used this product before and it worked but this time it did not.I went through all the instructions and used it correctly but this car had such a bad headgasket failure that you could see the coolant chuffing away when the engine was running and it stank of exhaust gases in the coolant. Probably a bit too much of a failure to fix.Anyway i decided to give the guarantee a go and i have received my refund within a month since purchase, over Christmas and with a pandemic. Service was courteous and they kept me up to date.It took me less than an hour in total to claim it back including emails back and forth etc.I have noticed other reviews complaining about the guarantee but i assume they either didn't consider it worth their time (and didn't try) or they are trying to pull a fast one! The process is very straightforward!Anyway i believe in credit where it is due and these guys really stacked up, it will either fix your car or you money back. The end!

05 Nissan Xtrail 2.5 Petrol/LPG. My symptoms: over heating, occasional plums of white smoke on start up and very occasionally while driving. Tested with CO2 tester ... CO2 present. Had to hunt around for a mech who would do the head/head gasket - £700 - £900 BUT - up to 10 days. Gave this a punt. All symptoms gone. It has worked as far as I can see. have not re-done the CO2 test, but no smoke and not over heating at all.

A marvellous patch job! Had so much water going into the engine, about a litre a day, so death was imminent. Stuck 2 bottles in over the week and no more leeks! Granted the damage was done. The car did manage to drive 130 miles home afterwards with the expectation of braking down on the way but nope! Made it the whole way. 10/10 recomend!

Had bad coolant blowing out the exhaust on my 1989 Chevy 5.7 K1500 111k miles. Not just steam but coolant as well. Used K Seal and it did not work. So pulled heads sent to machine shop that checked them and said no faults found. Heads milled, inspected cylinders, nothing found. In fact old cylinder head gaskets and intake gaskets were okay. Re-assembly did not touch the exhaust. Just as bad. I again used K Seal. Forget the 3-5 minute idle, did not work. So allowed it to cold soak overnight. Next day ran it on the road with it blowing steam all the way. Let it cold soak overnight. Next day leak was gone. Went for drive and no smoke. Mind you this was just day one, but given the severity of the leak, this looks promising. Still not sure why it worked on the second can and not the first. I lost a lot of coolant when I pulled the heads, but it is possible enough residue of the first can of K Seal remained.My current thinking is that the problem may be a crack in the intake manifold and not the block. This is because the engine did not blow coolant before I changed the intake manifold gaskets a few weeks prior just as routine maintenance. The manifold EGR passage was totally clogged with carbon which I removed. It is possible this carbon may have sealed the crack in the manifold. Chevy manifolds have massive exhaust and coolant passages that run parallel to each other and a defective EGR system could generate excessive heat that cracks the manifold internally. This would allow coolant to get into the exhaust.

This product works great. I followed the instructions and it sealed up the leak in the head gasket. I drove to PEI and had no problem at all.

This product didn't work as mentioned in the item description and also did not fix the problem which it was supposed to do. It was total waste of time and money for me.

Jag har en BMW 728iår 2000 års modell. Bilen hat gått 299000km. Mycket god kondition. Förutom att kylvatten försvinner troligen in i cylindern. Om motor går på tomgång en timme försvinner cirka 2-3 deciliter vatten.Men övrigt går motor normalt......Ibland går ojämn.....Jag har provat K-Seal enligt instruktionen.Efter har jag kört motor den första dag en timme på tomgång.Nästa dag har jag gjort likadant!Senare har jag kört 5-6kilometerINTE NÅGOT POSITIV FÖRENDRING.Mycket ,mycket besviken! ALDRIG REKOMMENDERAR TILL NÅGON. "Naturligtvis" får jag INTE tillbaka pengar från Amazon i Sverige....Inte från tillverkare heller.
