I have actually lost track of how many sets of these I've bought. The reason is simple, they are excellent quality for the money, far cheaper than well-known branded options and they work - really well.If you haven't used these before, just get a set - you'll be a convert! Their greatest asset is speed; they reduce the time taken to restring a guitar by about 2/3rds - seriously. Feed the string through the post, tighten up the lock, snip the excess string. All done bar the tuning. Talking of which they are really smooth and the ratio is nice too. Stability is excellent once your strings have stretched and I honestly cannot think of a single negative.Fabulous product!

A huge improvement on the original (unbranded) tuners supplied with my HB 35+.Smooth and precise tuning, and with the lockers, much faster to restring and retune.Equally as good as the original lockers on my Strat Plus, but at a fraction of the price.Great tuners and great value.

I have bought two sets of Vanson tuners now, an in-line set of 6 for a djent project guitar and this 3+3 set for a LP jr. Both sets work like a dream, feel positive, and provide rock solid tuning stability on my guitars.Before getting my second set of Vanson I bought a locking tuner set off the bay for half this price. Big mistake as they wouldn't lock the high E string, the B string would slip, and they were not smooth to operate. They went into the bin as a bad experience and I bought Vanson. The difference is like night and day! Quality tuners make a huge difference to the feel of your instrument. I wouldn't have believed it until I experienced it myself! The originals on the LP Jr were a set of Wilkinson Deluxe tuners and I can safely say the Vanson are a huge improvement.

After some careful plan drawing comparing of these to the Grover 406c mini tuners that others reported being a drop in fit for PRS SE guitars, I found they have almost the same dimensions so took a chance on this set of Vansons.Well it turns out they are a direct fit for the SE so the screw hole lines up and even the original collars can be used it you want. I have given 4 stars because the stability is not rock solid for dive bombing (not that I do that) BUT it improves with a bit of pencil graphite in the nut slot. I need to also try another set of strings and wind a bit more onto the post to see if that helps, as I used a minimum of string through the lock. BTW I use 10-46 while factory setup for SE is 9-42.If I can improve the stability I'll try to remember to come back, report and maybe give out that last star. The fact these are currently a quarter of the price of the Grovers makes them an easy recommend, because I doubt the more expensive locks will perform any differently in a none Floyd system.

This is my second set of these Vanson locking tuners.Previously I bought a set of 6 in line for my Harley Benton ST20 Strat and they fitted perfectly with no drilling and even the little screw at the back was in the same place.So now on my next Harley Benton guitar the HB 35 Plus, pleased to report fits like they wereade for it. No drilling required and again the little screw at the back in exactly same place.Quality wise these tuners are perfectVanson guitars are spot on.Buy em......say I sent you

Tuners arrived earlier than expected and worked well. Everything is well packaged and was as the dimensions stated so they fitted perfectly into the guitar headstock. Thanks for the great product.
