Best lentil pasta
I don't know if it is because of the colour, but I find the red lentil pasta the best one. Full of protein and fibre- a fabu;ous "comfort food" which can be used with all sorts of sauces.It does say to cook it for 10 minutes, but I do find I need to cook it for 20 - unless you want crunchy pasta!

Not great
Not great. The shere had no rainbow flashes at all. It had an unpolished rough section. And it was a bit wonky and not very spherical.The stand had awful splinters and anything it touches gets horrible bright yellow staining.I wouldn't purchase again. Poor quality.
