Amazing price and good quality
Bought described as used. Was nothing wrong with it and 50% less than a "new" one. Very happy with the purchase.

Strong and sturdy but unfortunately lets rain in - so useless!
This is a strong sturdy box and initially I was very pleased with it when it was installed. However, a very bad design fault means that water lays on the top and pours into the box when the flap is open - and yesterday after a heavy downpour, and despite no post being delivered - it had over an inch of water in the bottom. Took me some time to mop up the water and it means its useless for the purpose. Don't get this unless you can install it in a porch or away from the rain.

This is not a weatherproof box.
We can no longer use this post box.It lets in the rain and the post gets wet... useless.

Looks fab but fills up with rainwater!
Fab size fab appearance but unfortunately fills up with water every single time it rains - which is a lot in the uk - and so my post and parcels are always wet. If you are buying this - I would buy with a view to it being under a porch and not on the wall outside your house, as we have it.

Nicht wasserdicht
Der Briefkasten hing bei uns draußen ohne Überstand.Leider ist er nicht wasserdicht.Unten im Kasten sammelt sich bei jedem Regen Wasser und die Post wird nass.Eine Rücksendung wäre kompliziert,da er aus UK kommt.Müsste mit den Portokosten in Vorleistung gehen laut Amazon.Und dann würde ich die Kosten für das Porto erstattet bekommen.Da UK Nicht-EU-Land ist,sind die Portokosten dementsprechend teuer.Das war mir zu unsicher.Ich kann nur von einem Kauf abraten.

Water leak
Rain water majorly leaks into the mailbox soaking anything inside. Huge design flaw.
