Good, Low Side Switch
Note that this is a "Low Side" switch. This means the switch controls the -Vin side. Thus if you are trying to use this in an application where the load is "grounded", it will not work. You must use this with loads that have their low side (- VDC) isolated. Other than that, it works well. It will trigger reliably at a trigger voltage as low as 3.2 VDC although the "on" resistance is a bit higher at lower trigger voltages. If you allow the trigger to linger between 0 VDC and about 3.0 VDC, you will rapidly destroy the switch. It needs a fast rise and fall time trigger signal. With a 3.3 VDC trigger, Vin of 12 VDC and a load of 60 W (5 A at 12 VDC), I measured a loss of 0.4 W in the switch.

Work very well for gpio fan control
I used a pair of these for PWM control of 24V fans in a 3D printer using the Raspberry Pi GPIO ports. They work well for this. Note that MOSFET control is on the low (negative) side of the fan or light connection.

Small but work well for powering 24v fans from Orange Pi 3 GPIO
These boards are pretty small, and I would prefer to have mounting holes on all four corners of the board plus bigger wire terminals. But they do seem to be working well for powering my three 24v 5015 fans (in parallel) from my Orange Pi 3 GPIO. For the price, I'd definitely recommend them. Keep in mind that these are meant for low current. Don't try to power a bed heater through them. I'd probably say 100 watts or less. I don't think I'd trust the 400w rating at all simply due to the small size of the board and its tiny circuit paths.

NIce and easy units to use.
Purchased these units for a couple of upcoming projects. All passed bench test with flying colors. Found the effective operational frequency response was around 60 khz. Much higher than the rated 20 khz. All units met or surpassed ratings. Next test will be some long-term power testing. Will buy again if needed.
