Practice Chanter by McCallum Bagpipes in Scotland – Extended Length (Reed included)

Does the practice chanter have a straight or conical bore ?

Do the extended length chanters make the same pitch tones as the real pipes? i never understood why the standard chanters had different hole spacing.

Is this a Frazier Warnock reed? It looks identical.
