Device has no charging port.
This electric device came with a partially charged battery BUT LITERALLY NO CHARGING PORT. There is a cable, but there is nowhere to put it. I saw another amazon review that had the same problem. Cannot RECOMMEND AGAINST THE PURCHASE OF THIS PRODUCT STRONGLY ENOUGH.

Immediate Replacement of defective product
The media could not be loaded. So i purchased this product and somehow it stopped charging and i asked the company for help and they immediately took action and replaced the product within 5 days. And my new product is working so well. I am happy with the product and service as well. Thanks vandelay :)
