Once you start using the wheel you will hurt but after that you will start to enjoy it, and loose weight, I have

Good quality
Bought mainly for the push up bars, but the rest of the kit seems decent enough. I've used the ab roller and that seems to do the job. I've damaged my ligament in my elbow (unrelated), so this will be mothballed for a while, but I was pleased with the quality and stability of the kit when it arrived and I've used it a few times and will do so again once my ligament heals.
