I wish the pieces were bigger
Everything about the product was wonderful except for the size of the individual pieces I wish they were larger. The price is fair the flavor is there it was well packaged and arrived on time. They were spot on for everything even gave a sample of each item I ordered and a nice little card that tells you about the company. Everything was spot on like I said my only complaint is, the pieces of sweet potato and asparagus was too small. I like to be able to identify my food and feel like I'm actually eating something substantial. I was really hoping for much larger pieces.. Thrive Life actually has slices of green peppers and onions and whole pieces of asparagus that your able to recognize the food. I was very impressed with the sweet potatoes I got 3.14 Oz that's almost 4 lb of sweet potatoes! I got the dehydrated ones. As you can see from the pictures I took the sweet potatoes before they were rehydrated and after. I mixed it with the mushrooms and the asparagus. The mushrooms are absolutely delicious some are whole pieces some are halves but they plump right back up and they are better than fresh! They are so packed with flavor and an earthy smell I love it! They fill their cans all the way up to the top! You will not be disappointed! Here's a tip, I always boil a kettle of water and I will add a little bit of hot water to hydrate the food it rehydrates much quicker and it rehydrates all the way. I love to add butter with a pinch of salt and pepper to my asparagus I eat at least a cup a day. It's so hard to find asparagus year-round and then to keep it in your refrigerator and eat it before it goes bad. But with this, I never have to worry about it again I use this as an everyday item. Basically the only Staples I keep on hand are salt pepper butter and oil. Most of my cooking is done with dehydrated food. There are so many wonderful ways to prepare the food and it never goes to waste. I will definitely be reordering again..

Absolutely would buy again
This is really good garlic. Tasted great! It does take some practice to make sure not too much is used though. The small pieces can be decieving because they pack a lot of punch. Good value for the price.

Amazing quality and taste
I am so impressed with this company and their products. What was really awesome was that they provided samples of each item. I ordered so that I could taste them without having to compromise the cans. I rehydrated them for 10 minutes in water as directed and I ate them raw, and there was so much flavor, and you could even smell the vegetable as it rehydrated. Very, very impressed. Also, the level of the cans were filled to almost the very top. After settling in everything, there was probably only an inch at the top, which I find really really amazing. Great company great product.

Convenient and cost effective
Excellent for use in soups, stews, pasta, etc. Much more convenient and economical than keeping fresh mushrooms on hand. There are dishes that I prefer using fresh mushrooms , but the majority of the time, these work great, save money and no food waste.

My dog loves them
Easy to use for adding to my dogs raw diet. They are tiny cubes, smell and taste great but even soaking in boiled water 10 min. Do not get soft enough to mash. Just ordered the freeze dried version to see if those work better

Excellent product! Very yummy!
I just got my #10 can of dehydrated sweet potato dices. This is my first order of the Ready Harvest brand and I am impressed! They sent me a small sealed mylar bag of the product so I could try it. It is so good! Chewy and sweet, just what I'd expect from dehydrated sweet potatoes. The value is also good for the quantity of product. It was packed well and arrived undented. I will be ordering more from them.

Really good quality
Nice quality, well packaged. I opened one and cooked with it just to test things out and the mushrooms rehydrated easily and had a nice texture (sometimes dried mushrooms taste like styrofoam but these were great).

longer cooking time, but it's worth it to have shelf stability!
This is a very interesting ingredient. I was thinking about that time a super long time ago that I enjoyed tuna mixed with refried beans but knowing how my body reacts to refried beans had me wondering if this would go good with the Tuna. And now here I am, starting the soup base with this and adding in some powder later that has choline (at the same times a couple other ingredients) in it and then lastly the tuna... Now I have two different soups I can eat regularly while my jaw heals. My body seems to be processing this alright. 1 cup of this, or maybe 7/8 of a cup or so, and 5 ounces of tuna along with some various other ingredients as i mentioned seems to be a winning combination.I was wondering if it would be possible to order smaller bits of the SP chopped up but considering my new cooking method, it seems like maybe this is the right size of bits of the SP to use? I will say that my measuring cup has a hard time digging through the bits at their current size, but once enough of the SP has already left the container, the cup seems to have an easier time digging up the appropriate amount of bits/chunks to fill itself up. Perhaps smaller chunks/bits would make the digging easier at the start, but I suppose we could improvise a temporary solution in any case.Anyway, I really had to soak these things in hot water for quite some time or else it was too crispy, so expect soup cooking times to go over an hour in total with this product. As someone else said, maybe smaller bits/chunks would reduce cooking time? I am no cooking expert, I'm just a lowly cooking experimenter.
