Good little knife.
The app won't let me post a picture. Oh well.Overall, it's is a nice, stout, sharp little knife. It feels well-built and solid. Very sharp.Keep in mind that it is made of high-carbon 1095 steel, which can and will rust if you don't take care of it. If you're going to use it to prepare food, use food-grade mineral oil, olive oil, or similar to protect it. Also, 1095 steel is hard (as opposed to flexible), so it will chip or snap before it bends.I put on an acid patina using a paper towel soaked with vinegar. A patina also creates a natural barrier to help prevent against rust, and it looks nice too.The leather sheath is adequate, but the stitching used in securing the belt loop is trash. I'd recommend reinforcing/replacing the stitching, or making a new sheath.

Cheap
Looks nice. used to open a box, missed the sheath and dropped from waist high onto a wood floor. 1/4 inch of the tip broke off. Seriously weak metal. Took it off my belt and dropped it in the trash can. Worst Amazon buy ever.

Junk
Left the knife in the sheath for 2 days and it looks like this. It’s not rust, it’s dye or residue from the sheath. Won’t come off.

Addressing 1 star comment previously made as a shopper
The 1 star comment made from customer is obviously made out of ignorance and failure to research the steel type before buying. 1095 steel has unique properties just as every other steel does. It has some of the best edge retention out of any other steel and stays sharp for a very long time. It’s also very strong and can take abuse while holding an edge. However, due to its rigid properties, it can easily shatter when dropped on it’s side. Depending on the quality of heat treatment this shattering can happen very easily. That’s why 1095 steel should be left to the pro’s; making the knife or using the knife. It also rusts very easily to due its high carbon content but will last a lifetime if it’s taken care of. That’s what makes 1095 my favorite steel. It will take care of you if you take care of it.
