Be aware: vacuum packed.
The media could not be loaded. The foam panels themselves are fine. The problem is that they're vacuum packed. So when they arrive, they're like squares of cloth. You could dust the coffee table with them. The manual included tells you to use one of 2 methods to aerate the foam panels and get them to take shape, after having been vacuum packed. One is to leave them in a ventilated room for 48hrs. Aside from the fact that this was a dubious idea because I couldn't guarantee they'd fill out properly on their own, I couldn't be bothered to wait 48hrs just to put these panels on the wall. So I went with the other option below. The second method was to put them into a bath or sink of warm water, let the sponge foam soak the water and the panels will take shape, and puff up. Great. It works. They take shape instantly. The problem is that despite going through the tumble dryer twice and having received the hair dryer treatment twice, they were still damp. For a day or two, they still had such a small amount of water in them that I couldn't wring any of it out physically, yet it persisted. You press them and you see pockets of water, but can't wring it out. It's currently early June, with very warm weather, and I was using the hair dryer on them in a small box room, so the ambient temperature must have been approaching 30°C and they still were not dry even having left them in a cupboard where a hairdryer had been going for 20-30 minutes. So I ended up sticking them in the shed for an hour in direct sunlight. Worked a treat, but bear in mind that if you're not drying these panels out in a shed/greenhouse on one of the warmest days of the year you're going to have issues. If you do buy them, chuck them in a cupboard, DRY, for a week instead, and pray that they aerate and fill out properly on their own.I once bought this same foam panel stuff from a different seller a year or so ago, and it came boxed and I was able to mount them straight away, so the vacuum packing of these panels is really the main downside. The panels themselves are fine, and they include 120 little plastic double sided sticky squares for mounting, so it will save you the cost of any tape or mounting spray.I initially gave a much lower review score in the middle of the irritation of drying these out but now it's all sorted I'm happy. Just beware of drying these out if you use the water method.

Best option for large areas
I'd bought a lot of these previously from a other aupplier, around 96 to fill my huge almost 5 meter wall! I run shy by about 15 panels so I ordered some more from this supplier, and like the others, they were in compressed bags that squashed the foam down an incredible amount. After leaving them about 48 hours most had uncompressed fully but about 4 were still literally as flat as a pancake. I threw them in the bath, hosed them down with the shower, then rung them out and left them to dry in the conservatory. Within a few hours they had uncompressed to their full form factor and about a week later I glued them into place completing my full wall overlay. As a bonus these came with little sticky pads however I didn't use them for this because I used spray adhesive. Now I just have a ton of spare sticky squares which I'll find useful one day.Overall very happy with these but I will say before buying something like this, just research Into them. They dont sound proof, that's not what they're designed for, also and they arrive super compressed; it's perfectly normal. I see a lot of bad reviews based on ignorance of the product in question, and there is no exception here. These are 1 inch foam panels and are the cheapest option, especially for large areas such as mine but they're not super dense sponge more like a cheap foam bath sponge really. Even so, I'm pretty happy with the result and the cost it took to achieve it

They ok but can be better
Bought them to insulate my music and streaming room, it helped but it’s not completely sound proof. There is no glue or adhesive at the backing, so to stick them on the walls so you’ll have to get spray adhesive or 3m two sided sticking mat or tape

Good but …
I have 2” panels too and these 1” panels are ok for secondary treatment but would definitely recommend them if you have no acoustic treatment.
