Futrzane Classic Hood Trim - Faux Fur Trim for Hood Replacement - Fur Attachment

I bought this to replace a cheap and scruffy looking fur trim on a new coat. This is a great quality product and looks pretty good when you compare it to a real fur trim. Nice price and easy to use to custom use this.If you’re simply adding this to an existing coat, the fur trim comes with buttons and hoops to make it really easy - just measure the length needed, sew your buttons on and you are done.I completely unpicked the fur trim on my coat to replace this with and it looks the part. Really happy with it. And had lots of compliments on this coat - which is a rally inexpensive Regatta Outdoors.Colour was accurate, feels soft and bouncy. love it!

WOW!I purchased a lovely coat last year, and normally my coats dont tend to last very long due to the hood fur becoming all weathered and untidy from use. I thought I may just buy a new one, but couldnt really find anything that fit as well as my old coat, so I had a look for a new fur trim, with the intention of using my sewing machine to attach it.I stumbled across these trims on the off chance, and thought "Hey, why not".There are so many colours to choose from, and the realistic pictures really pulled me in. I didn't want a fur hood that looked too fake, as my orginal fur trim looked extremely real, and matched the high end coat perfectly.Upon receipt of my new trim (which was delivered extremely quickly), I was shocked at the quality! So much so, that I was afraid at first that it was real fur!!! After doing a full check and investigation into the lining etc, I was happy to discover that it is indeed fake, whilst not looking so.The colours were exactly like in the photograph, and even the direction of fur was the same.It took about 5 - 10 mins to sew on the little buttons (provided with your new trim) onto my existing coat, and then pop the trim on. I gave it a little haircut (as I don't like the pointed top, just personal preference) and it was done! So easy, anyone can do it! The trim has stayed on now for over a month, and with constant use, still looks as good as new.Overall I would say the quality is top notch, the value for money is unbelievable, and the look is just fantastic.I will be back to purchase more colours, I'm sure!

This product is excellent. I have an Abercrombie and Fitch coat and the faux fur on it got ruined in the wash.I ordered the Siberian Wolf colour and it has arrived exactly as pictured. Very good quality. It doesn’t look cheap at all. In fact it’s much better than the original faux fur that the coat came with.It’s breathed new life into my coat. It no longer looks tired and worn. It’s like having a new coat!The fur comes with the loop holes attached and some buttons that you will need to sew onto your hood. It was really easy and I am no seamstress!I’m so much more conscious of the environment now and I didn’t want to throw out a perfectly good coat because the hood trim was ruined. I’m so pleased with the results!Very quick delivery. Highly recommended.

This has really transformed my jacket. So easy to attach by sewing on the buttons supplied. Easy to remove if needed. Several colours to choose from. Very pleased with this purchase.

Bought to replace a cheap fake fur trim that came with a coat. This one wasn't as nice, so didn't use. Quality seems good though.

This is a great product. I wanted a coat with a fur trimmed hood but could only find a suitable one without. I ordered this fur trim (make sure you measure carefully) and it was perfect. Thick, fluffy and good quality. It takes a while to attach and some basic needle skills because it has small elastic hoops both sides of the length of the trim and small buttons for those hoops. If you aren’t great at sewing or unsure how to attach it, the best way is to fold the trim in half lengthways, slot it over the edge of the hood, put a tacking stitch (just one loose stitch) or a pin, on the hood where each little loop is, all along the length, both sides, this marks where your buttons will go. Take the fur away and sew your buttons where each tacking stitch or pin is. You will find that when you have attached all of your buttons the hood will fit perfectly! Takes a while but it’s worth it and will transform your garment. Well worth the money. Highly recommend.

I have attached the silver fox trim to the hood of my 30 year old full length black winter coat and WOW! A whole new coat, it's stunning. Very soft, warm, well made . I highly recommend.Very easy to apply with basic sewing skills : buttons! I wish I'd discovered this years ago :)

Ich habe mir den Fellkragen für meine cremeweiße Jacke/Kaputze bestellt und zwar in "Weißer Waschbär mit Schwarz". Erhalten habe ich jedoch den Kragen in Schwarz mit weißen Fasern dazwischen und nicht wie im Angebot gezeigt. Das war so jedoch nicht mein Wunsch, wurde dann aber voll entschädigt. Der dunkle Kragen bildet einen tollen Kontrast und sieht für mich schöner aus als vorher gewünscht. Der Kragen wurde in Gr. M passgenau geliefert. Wunderbar weich und anschmiegsam und mit vollem Volumen. Die Anbringung an die Kapuze war einfach, er sieht wirklich echt aus und für den Preis ein super Kauf. Ich empfehle ihn sehr gerne weiter. Ein weiterer Kragen ist bereits in Planung. Dankeschön, dass hier einmal ein EU-Produkt (Polen) verkauft wurde.

L'eco-pelliccia (ho controllato fosse finta, sia mai!) è vaporosa e sembra vera, molto bella. Ho scelto il colore argento siberiano per rinnovare un giaccone: dal vero il colore corrisponde perfettamente alla fotografia. Il rivestimento interno è cucito molto bene, con asole su entrambi i lati lunghi per attaccare l'eco-pelliccia con dei bottoni, forniti a parte in numero corrispondente alle asole. Ho messo 4 stelle al rapporto qualità prezzo perché penso sia un pochino costosa per essere una striscia di 50 cm. Per il resto nulla da dire, bellissimo prodotto
