This was an excellent product. Does what it says. Recommend to anyone.

I’ve used these on hiking boots and trainers for running in ice abs stayed on both really well.I’m a size 5 Women and Medium fit great.I bought two XL for my dad and partner which fit size 9/10 perfectly. Fantastic grip on all ice made walk the dog so easy. The Velcro strap doesn’t fit but that doesn’t effect how they work.

It is very icy where I live and I am not good walking on ice. I have tried various slip on ice spokes and these are better than most. The steel spikes grip very well and I dont slip. I am size 11 and they fit my boots ok. The additional band helps to keep them in place. Unfortunately the toe rubber does come off the boot toe and sometimes the heel rubber comes off as well. Better than nothing but not as good as I had hoped.

The XL were too large for my boots so inspite of the velcro fastening they kept coming off. I have had to pass them on to someone with bigger feet. I do feel it would be easier to decide on sizes if you were to include sizing in your product information.On the plus side the spikes and straps were all sturdy.

These were great for our trip to Iceland.

These really are substantial. Great for thicker ice and compacted snow. But a bit heavy duty for pavements.Still good value.

I would return these except they fell off and are lost. We wore them on a walk, a good hike where snow and ice make to going slippy, so cleats help enormously. The velcro straps had no strength and kept coming undone, and eventually, without me knowing, they must have come off and the cleats disappeared. Maybe if what you want is to be more firm footing in your garden then they would be OK, but no good for hiking

Haven't tried my pair yet but mine didn't come with the velcro straps that my wife's came with. Not sure if they will stay on without them
