light and effective
The second or third one I've owned. I'd have liked another colour - black is easy to lose it seems. Otherwise, very light and works excellently for a portable massage device.btw I bought the bigger version for my ex in orange (nice colour). This was too big IMO.

Pinpoint targetting of trigger points
I own a number of various foam rollers and myofascial massage balls but find this one exceptionally useful. When working on my hamstrings I've always encountered one of the following issues:- A regular foam roller can't apply enough pressure.- A "rumble roller" type of roller requires constant shifting around to get one of the pointy bits to hit the right spot.- A tennis ball or a rumble beastie ball is too small to be able to direct enough of my body weight over it.However, this ball is the perfect size and hardness to apply sufficient pressure to the exact point I want it and still allows me to smoothly roll it from one point to the next. It may be a touch overpriced for what it is, but that seems to be the nature of all products in the fitness market so it still gets 5 stars for its effectiveness.

Useful bit of kit
You need to use this on a mat or non slippy surface as other wise it slips out from under you, but it does a good job on end your on the right surface. It’s alsovery light if your carrying it in your bag to the gym with you.

Rigid Massage Ball
Strong, rigid, but light ball. Can feel a little hard in places, but my sports masseur approved of it.

Very lightweight but still extremely solid
Excellent, very lightweight massage ball. Good for travelling without weighing you down, or for popping in your rucksack during an ultra-marathon (what I use it for). So lightweight, but very solid.

Great self-massage tool.
Nice product to hit specific sorry spots or body regions. Tricky to use on hamstrings due to size, but still works well when positioned correctly. Reccomend

How to use?
The ball is as advertized, but it comes without directions for use. I assumes, for example, that the user will know how long to apply pressure, whether to move up and down the affected area at certain timed intervals, how much use is too much, etc. As is, then, the ball is of limited value.
