I really like these plates. They’re constructed very well with quality materials. Weight is accurate and they fit on my Synergy barbell without issue. Nice to have the option of having small weight increases when lifting.

I have 2 pairs of 2.5 lbs plates, in black and in blue. The weights are accurate, each within a couple ounces of the label. They fit well on all my bars, with only a slight rattle on my old Texas Power Bar, but not enough to rock sideways. They can support a 45 lbs bar on the floor, but I certainly wouldn't drop it on them. They're not true bumper plates. But they will keep a barbell off the toes when training little ones who can't use big plates yet. These go well paired with a kid's or technique barbell, but can obviously be used with regular Olympic barbell just fine. Note that they're about the same size as a rubber-coated 5 lbs plate from Troy, VTX, or similar.

These are just big enough to add into my kids daily P.E. routine. He wants to be a body builder like dad but dad didn't have anything small enough.These are larger in size yet lighter weight than the big ones that we have in our home gym. They bounce well if dropped and haven't chipped on the concrete or caused any damage. So far, we all like them.Plus, the price is not that bad either.

The wrong color was sent (black instead of blue) but it obviously doesnt impact the use. The are quality made and arrived in solid packaging.They only got 4 out of 5 because its not the color I ordered.
