A unique tea!
I'm new to tea culture and was intrigued by Oolong tea. If I do buy tea, it is always from teapigs, and they produce some Oolong! This is a really unique tea. It is light, floral and delicate in taste and, bizarrely, has a light woody, resinous almost frankincense aroma.I actually prefer smelling this tea because it is so good!

Worth it
Don't follow the instructions on the box, I left the teabag in my cup and it was delicious. Had a 2nd cup using the same teabag and the flavour was still there. Its less bitter than the mao feng green tea of teapigs and helps reduce cravings and bloating. Real tea leaves in the bag too!

Good flavour but too expensive for regular consumption ...
I've tried green tea before and can't stand the taste, so I decided to try this Oolong tea which is described as 'between green and black'. I did find the taste more tolerable than green tea but I wouldn't describe it as pleasant. I guess it is, as they say, a matter of personal taste. I do suspect that I'm what is described as a 'super taster' i.e. 'a person who tastes certain flavors and foods more strongly than other people' and as such more sensitive to bitter flavours. Even so, considering the claimed health benefits I'd persevere with this as an alternative to green tea ... if it weren't so darned expensive! Drinking two cups a day as suggested would add too much to the monthly shopping bill for me personally and would drinking it just occasionally have any positive health benefits? Bottom line: I'm no tea connoisseur but if you like the taste and can afford to drink it on a daily basis, this seems like a good quality tea.

Teapigs tung ting Oolong tea is light and easy and good in the evenings
Teapigs tung ting Oolong is tea is light and easy. I use it mostly in the evenings, when I prefer a cup of light Oolong tea. I don't follow the instructions, because the tea becomes too light in taste. I leave the tea bag in the cup all the time, also when drinking. I pour boiling hot water - otherwise the result becomes bad, so I recommend you don't follow the instructions. In general, I avoid Oolong in tea bags, because of the poor quality - teapigs tung ting oolong is the only Oolong tea bags I use when I use Oloong tea bags.Better to use Oloong loose tea from the company called ANNVCHI (also on Amazon), and instead of using a tea pot, I find it much more convenient to use this product: "Tealyra - Peak Ceramic White Tea Cup Infuser - 580ml". (also on Amazon). You will really enjoy loose tea with this tea cup infuser.

Nice Taste
I have been drinking green tea and per erh tea for a while now, but found that the green tea is very strong and per erh tea very earthy. I had this brand while out for lunch and it was nice. I decided to try a green and black tea combination. This tea is brewed for three minutes, and the taste is divine, no bitterness at all. My only gripe is that in each box there is only 15 tea temples at a considerable cost as I have two tea temples a day. Please Teapigs can you have a box with 50 tea temples! as it would be much more cost effective.

It tastes better when you don't leave the teabag too long

Fantastic
I have had green tea but struggled to finish the cup, bought these to try, quite impressed, tea was actually really nice to drink and I was fascinated with how pretty the bags were.Once hot water started to soak in I was surprised to see the contents inside, actual leafs, really chuffed with these, going to purchase a few boxes now.

tasty
Very much as described tastes like a cross between Black and Green Tea. I really enjoyed it, probably more than plain green tea.I'd agree with another reviewer who suggested leaving the tea bag in ( and even making a second cup)I'm very disappointed that the temples aren't compostable at home. We generate all the compost we need and expect food waste to go into it... would add an extra star if home compostable
