Very tasty and mild liver flavor
Very tasty! This liver sausage is nothing like what you would find in a grocery store. I’ve been eating liver sausage since I was a kid and this is by far the best that I’ve ever tasted. It has a mild liver taste to it that I really like and it freezes well.

Would consider buying again, but 4/5 stars is for the nearly $15 a piece. I will just eat it more like a fancy delicacy akin to Foie Gras/Liver Pate for a fantastic nutritional staple or supplement.What I think is best besides good taste & texture is that the ingredients seem to be more Wholesome unlike cheaper brands.Thanks. Love the Braun! Can we buy it for $10 a piece, next time?

Delicious and Reasonably Priced!
I ordered this on a whim because I miss having a decent Liverwurst and I came across this brand. Is it German? No! Is it tasty? Yes!!! It's Braunschweiger which in itself is different from plain Liverwurst and its many other varieties. It's mild, not salty, not overpowering or greasy and most importantly...it's actually spreadable! It has a great flavor and the price is very reasonable as is the shipping cost. I like it so much, I bought one set of three for my mother who is old world German and she enjoys it as well. I could buy Liverwurst from one of the three big companies but why? Their cost is significantly higher, quality is not better and the shipping cost is $60+ for a few 6 oz chubs. I really like Fricks and plan to buy many more items. Also, the seller is top notch!!!***Update*** We enjoy this Braunschweiger so much, that we've ordered it 5 times in the last year and plan to keep doing so! The seller is amazing and goes above and beyond in their service! Thank you!!!!!

Best tasting
There is no metallic toast like most Braunschweig. Now if they would manufacture Rye Krisp crackers again I would be very happy
