Easy installation , timely delivary .

This was ordered for my wife’s office and she loves it!

The media could not be loaded.  I picked these up to use in my office at work. I needed something that would help cut down the noise and chatter from the rest of the office, but I didn't want to just put the normal black panels you find in recording studios. These fit the bill and look great. I didn't notice any difference with them temporarily mounted in my pool room, but I'm sure they'll work fine in my small office at work. They're thin and dense, so I'm guessing they'll do well with high frequency sounds, but I question how well they'll do with deep bass sounds. I'll update this review once I've had them installed for a couple weeks to let you know. They're about 3/8" thick and 11-3/4"w x 15-3/4"h. Depending on the spacing you put in-between the panels you wind up with a single piece of wall art approximately 36"w x 48"h. They recommend 3M double stick foam tape and show you how they recommend laying it out. I'm using 3M VHB tape, but I'd point out that with this tape it's going to be difficult to remove without messing up the wall. Keep that in mind when selecting a tape to use. You may want to go with something a little less sticky. The panels are light enough it shouldn't be a problem. They appear to be made of a high density Styrofoam with a cloth covering. Once assembled they look great. You'd never know that they're acoustical panels. I like the Manhattan Bay pattern, but the other pattern looks good too. I'd like to see them offer more patterns. Overall, this is a good set of panels. Pricing seems to be in range with other panels up here on Amazon, so no complaints there. I'd recommend them to others without a problem. Hope this helps.

The panels do not come with adhesive tape or backing. (Minus 1 star.) The instructions suggest 3M 2-sided tape. There was a chemical odor when they came out of the bag, but I left them in the sun for half a day and it seems to be gone. I would guess the smell is from the paint, since the polyester felt-like material shouldn't have any smell to it.Once up they look very good (depending on if you like the artwork, of course) and should reduce the noise level in the room.

The package includes nothing to help hang or mount these panels. I used 3m picture hanging tape to mount it. This made the process quite easy. I also used a laser level to help level everything. I opted for no spacing between panels as it is already HUGE! One other “issue” is that there are no markings on the panels, I had to figure out which panels go where. Not a huge deal, but you will be completing a 9 piece puzzle to get panels in the correct place!Other than no included mounting solution and labeling on the panels, I really like this artwork. Most importantly, it helps improve sound in my room.
